I have never had such a bad experience over the last 20years as a regular business traveller. - The hotel premises are dirty, with stains all over the walls, cocroaches & other insects in the room, unclean bathrooms - The safe doesn't work - Staff ignore all customers' feedback - On our arrival, there was no toilet paper, no soaps, no water in the room - Payment with VISA cards was declined, and we were forced to pay in cash on arrival. Later on, when we realised that the card payment went through and there was double payment, the hotel refused to make a refund. - The breakfast was hopeless, with a limited selection of fruits, low quality bread and got a cold coffee on the first day. When we asked for another coffee on the counter, they asked for extra pay. - The hotel manager/owner was very arrogant - The TV didn't work, and when we asked the hotel to fix it, the picture was so bad, and only very few TV channels were available.
