My room smelled so bad. like someone left a colostomy bag hidden in the room n no one could find it! It was a bad night sleep due to the smell. My room was room 110 handicap room. I will never stay here again. I would rathe stay under a fwy bridge with homeless people. It would smell better than your room. I go thru Klamath Falls every two months n I will never ever stay at your place again.

Beds were mediocre at best, but the real problem was the "included breakfast." I do not consider waffles, with fake butter and NO MAPLE SYRUP, and frosted flakes or raisin bran to be a breakfast worthy of advertising as a "free breakfast included. No yogurt, no fruit, no maple syrup. Not much of anything, except a convenience store next door.

I will not stay here again. The room was clean bed comfortable. Breakfast is supposed to be at 6:30, the waffle iron was warm, but there was no batter. No muffins or anything besides bread was available. Cereal was basically the only options. No fruit either. They require a 200 dollar deposit on a prepaid room. It was refunded to my card in the morning. There was no remote control for the TV. When I let the clerk know at the counter he got one and programed for what he thought the TV would be. It was wrong, so I had to go back to get it programed properly.
The price was reasonable. The room provided for our needs. Beware there are stairs going down to the main floor.

Check in was very different than i have experienced before. Left me feeling uneasy. The room was very bad. Mold o windowsill, around outside edges of shower and when i went to wash my face the wash cloth was filthy. So nasty. I did inform clerk i would never return.

This property was wonderful to stay at. The room was clean and Christina is the best front desk woman we had our entire trip! She was so kind and patient. Thank you for the wonderful space to spend the night. We look forward to staying with you folks again!
