Standard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street.
Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing.
The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice, smiling and helped me solve my problem.
I booked two rooms, one of which is a family room, which has dry and wet separation and is very spacious.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to Chinatown, Shopping Street and Daimaru Department Store. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kobe Port.
The parking lot costs 2,000 yen per day and only has 6 spaces.

The hotel's parking lot was full during Golden Week, so we had a hard time finding a parking spot, but the woman at the reception was very kind and gave us directions. Even when the place she gave us directions was full and we had to park somewhere else, she looked up the price at that place for us. We're so grateful for her kind service that our parents have always said she was so kind!! It was great that it was close to Chinatown!

The hotel is relatively close to Meriken Park. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Sannomiya Station. Breakfast is provided, which is similar to Indian cuisine. I don't like it very much. The coin-operated drink machine across the road from the hotel is the cheapest machine on this trip. Drinks are 80 yen. My children have to buy drinks every day.
