Ascott properties in Kuala Lumpur

We enjoyed our stay at Somerset Kuala Lumpur so much that we extended our stay twice. That alone says how happy we were with the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to most of the places we needed to visit. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very attentive. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Somerset Kuala Lumpur again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Pleasant stay, few km drive away to Putrajaya for my marathon event. Parking was limited due to sharing with shopping mall parking. Check in/out was smooth, very accommodative staffs. Great facilities, water dispenser available outside the room. Iron & ironing board provided in the room. It is connected with the shopping mall. Easy to move around. Overall it was a perfect stay.

Right next to the Petronas Towers, about a five-minute walk. Everything was pretty satisfactory, except for a little hiccup at checkout. When I was checking out, they asked me to pay, and at first, I thought it was some kind of tax payable at the hotel. But when I saw it was dozens of dollars, I knew something was off. Turns out, they said it was for laundry! I definitely didn't use any laundry service, so I flat-out denied it. They even showed me a receipt, which was bizarre because it clearly wasn't my signature! The room number section even had a crossed-out number, with a different room number written first, then ours. The staff called someone to confirm, and after some back-and-forth, they finally let us go. I suspect the housekeeping staff saw our clothes hanging to dry and tried to charge us for laundry. It was a close call, almost got ripped off!

We search for hotel near Bangsar and somehow found this good hotel to stay. After we stay for first night , we like it a lot. It feel like home. As a result, we extend additional few nights stay in this lovely place. It is very quiet place to stay. Good bed. The shower is refreshing . It come with kitchen and living hall which is very spacious . The 3M water filter is practical and overall it is a enjoyable staycation. Definitely will come back again.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The view from the room window is just ordinary high-rises, but the view from the bathroom window is of the Petronas Towers 👍. The room has everything you need: toiletries, slippers, iron, ironing board, washing machine + detergent pod, tea, dishes, and a safe. The outlets aren't European, but they worked. The rooftop pool with a view of the Petronas Towers was open, even though there was a notice in the room stating it would be closed for maintenance during our dates – we were quite disappointed. But we went up to check, and the pool was open! 🎉 I recommend this hotel.

Since it’s a studio apartment rather than hotel room, it’s very big with a well equipped kitchen. Location was good for us - short walk to NU sentral mall and where we arrived and departed on the ETS train. It helped too that there was a free shuttle that brought us to the train station with our luggage when we checked out.

Always a pleasant experience at Somerset Damansara Utama. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. Special thanks to Saravanan for always being attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Truly appreciate the great hospitality!
