Love the services provided by staffs, hospitality services .

Hotel is 10 mins drive from KL sentral by Taxi or Grab and 1 min walk from MR Station Bukit Nanas MR8. Hotel check in was hassle free and the hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful. Hotel comes with free water park, swimming pool and playground (take note u have to access the playground from the water park by stairs which is not very convenient if you have baby stroller). Gym was under renovation so they had 4 hotel rooms each with 2 thread mill and 2 yoga mat for the temporary gym.

Overall is good because of the cleanliness and facilities for kids. However, the shower at my room was a lil malfunction because the heater has to wait for 5-10mins to turn hot. Basically the water came out was cold. Brought my kids so not so convenient to change a room again. The toilet light also malfunction for the room I stayed because can't off it at night. Sleep with light on from the toilet. Asked cleaner to refill body shampoo but mistakenly refilled hair shampoo, body wash still empty.
Overall, still satisfied will revisit again next time.

Service - Excellent. Staff were courteous, helpful and able to engage in friendly conversations
Facilities - Water Theme Park is huge for a hotel, and will be a big hit among the kids. It is very crowded during weekends though. There is also a kids playground (the rock climbing section was not available during our stay), kids club, gymnasium, massage
Location - just across the road is Bukit Nanas Monorail station, and it can access all the popular areas nearby. Somewhat walkable to KLCC and Pavilion Mall, 2 - 3 monorail stops to Bukit Bintang area.
Food - several restaurant options within the hotel, though we did not try them out

Excellent location, Petronas Towers were visible from room and about a 7 minute walk away. A large food stall area near hotel, plus other eateries nearby. Good service throughout from concierge to restaurant staff. Huge pool with slides that made it child friendly, hence lots of families, however didn’t impede those without kids enjoying and relaxing. Superb choice of food during breakfast plus there was a juicer for those inclined in liquidating their vegetables. Only complaint is there was no USB option to charge electronics, disappointing for a new hotel. Overall excellent three night stay.
