It's not the exaggerated, influencer-style design. Signage uses a deep navy blue paired with gold and white, which is elegant and timeless. The choice of English fonts shows good taste. These details enhance the hotel's brand image. . The air conditioning is powerful and can be adjusted independently. The window offers a good view, with a luminous special building visible. . The room features an extra-long black desk with ample space, allowing two guests to each have their own side for belongings. . The open-concept wardrobe has no doors, providing good ventilation and brightness. You won't forget clothes hanging inside, and it's very convenient if you need to wash and dry simple garments. . Welcome snacks and two cans of soda are provided. Individual small-sized toiletries are offered, which is more hygienic than the large communal bottles found in many hotels nowadays. 💡 Suggestions for Improvement (for hotel reference): . The long bench by the window has noticeable stains; it's recommended to clean it or remove it. The bathroom hairdryer requires continuous button-holding, and the showerhead shape makes water flow a bit inconvenient (but the overhead rain shower is a plus! 👍). The towels appear a bit old. The body lotion has a rather sticky texture. . One afternoon, at 2:30 PM, we returned to our room, and it still hadn't been cleaned. We specifically went down to the front desk and called to urge them. It took almost 45 minutes for someone to come and clean it. Although the cleaner was very polite and always smiling, we suspect that the frontline staff is understaffed, suggesting poor management from above. . Regarding Breakfast and Restaurant Management: The food variety is quite diverse. On the second day of our trip, I had an upset stomach, so having congee available was truly a blessing. It's not easy to find plain congee outside if you haven't booked breakfast at the hotel. However, there's significant room for improvement in hygiene management. . Table and Placemat Issues: Every table and sofa was covered in breadcrumbs. Especially the placemats, with their deep and numerous textures, all the breadcrumbs got stuck in the crevices. Even if wiped, traces remained. . Cleaning Status and Process: The staff's cleaning speed couldn't keep up. Many tables were simply not ready, with food left by previous guests still on them. Even tables that were supposedly "cleaned" were not spotless and still had crumbs. More shockingly, we personally witnessed staff sweeping food scraps directly onto the floor, only to clean them all at once with a floor-cleaning machine later. They even mopped right next to guests who were dining. It would be much more appropriate to use a tray to collect crumbs. . Other Environmental Hygiene: There were flies flying around in the restaurant, which is quite odd for a five-star hotel. . Entry Arrangement: The method of simply stating the room number instead of showing a meal voucher is quite good. The idea of guests choosing their own seats is also good, but unfortunately, many tables were simply not prepared. Rather than being a problem with the frontline staff, it seems to be poor management from above, with a lack of basic cleaning procedure training for staff and inadequate staff allocation. . Overall, the location is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. It's a very good hotel and deserves a five-star rating!

First off, the location is definitely a plus. However, the pillows and comforters in the room were a bit yellowed, especially the pillows. The pool on the fourth floor is quite small, and I even saw cigarette butts at the bottom. Furthermore, the service attitude was mediocre, particularly from one female front desk staff member who was incredibly rude – the one who often wears a mask. One day, the hotel system had an issue, and my room card couldn't operate the elevator. I went to the front desk to get a new card, but the new card couldn't open my room door. So I had to queue again at the front desk. This whole ordeal wasted over an hour. The rude female front desk staff kept saying that many people were waiting and couldn't use the elevator, which made me wonder, is this my fault? After waiting another ten-plus minutes, the front desk used an employee card to open my door and told me to wait in the room, saying a manager would be there in five minutes to help me resolve the issue. I waited for another ten-plus minutes, but no one came. When I went down to the front desk again, that staff member actually gave me attitude. Eventually, a manager came out to solve the problem. I was dealing with this from around 7 PM until past 9 PM, missing dinner. That front desk staff didn't even offer an apology, and the hotel's hygiene is genuinely concerning. I stayed for 6 days, totaling about 3300 RMB, and I can only say that 3000 of that was spent on the hotel's location.

The amenities were excellent and very comprehensive. Besides the usual amenities, they even had a sewing kit, which was incredibly helpful.

Overall service was alright, and the front desk had staff who spoke Chinese. When they weren't around, the other staff (the 'little black guy' - though this might be a slightly awkward direct translation, a more natural English equivalent would be 'the other staff members') were also very enthusiastic. However, I requested a high-floor room but wasn't given one that was very high, and it was an inner room, which I wasn't too fond of. This might be because I'm particular about cleanliness. Our room wasn't made up until almost 5 PM every day, which was a bit inconvenient. On our last day, a water pipe in the adjacent room broke, and the blower was noisy all afternoon. They did ask if we wanted to switch rooms, but we were too lazy to move. They sent us a fruit platter, and their attitude was quite good. It was great that there was no deposit required for the room. The breakfast was a bit too simple, though.

Convenient location, clean room, swimming pool, and you can book a tour bus right next to the hotel that takes you to most of the city's attractions.

The location is excellent, very close to the night market. You can find a food street practically downstairs, just a 2-minute walk away. The service attitude is fantastic; almost all the staff I encountered greeted me and were very polite, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The food is also delicious; both breakfast and the restaurant meals were of a good standard. I personally found it very satisfying. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra, which isn't usually the case at other hotels. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

I stayed here twice shortly after it opened in 2023 and thought it was a good hotel back then. The location is great, and the hotel was very new. This third stay, however, was a much worse experience. I was staying with my child for two nights, and the swimming pool structure is very dangerous. The kids' pool and the adult pool (which isn't deep at 5 meters) are separated by a wall, and kids can easily climb over it. This wall is made of rough, coarse sand and stone – a strong rub against it could easily scrape and bleed! The bathroom layout in the room is also problematic; the toilet door and the shower door face each other and can collide, which is very inconvenient. The wall behind the toilet has a rock-climbing-like design with large stones, which is also dangerous and easily accumulates dust! They didn't clean the room for my two-night stay either! The reason given was too many guests and not enough housekeeping staff to clean. The shower requires 20 minutes of preheating to get hot water, and the soundproofing was also poor.
