Perfect location at Bukit Bintang central area. I booked 3 rooms with breakfast included. The food was good with plenty options. Kids was happy to received the kid's amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we will stay there again if we go back to KL!

Awesome service, friendly staff always with smile face.. the room is spacious too. the breakfast is delicious too..strategic location which is walking distance to Pavillion, lot10, etc.. Attached photo is view captured outside the lobby. the only thing to comment is the pillow is a bit too high..

not sure why they are rated 5 stars. The hotel lobby was quite small and chaotic due to all the noisy tour groups gathered there. There are only four elevators serving such a large hotel, and the cleanliness could be improved.

I had requested for simple decoration and a slice of cake for my mom’s birthday, it turned out very nice 😄 My mom so happy! Thank you so much 🫶🏻 variety of breakfast too! Definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is located in a bustling commercial district and has its own private parking. It's incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. All the hotel staff are very nice, especially Amir at the front desk, who accommodated my request for a high-floor room. Another thing worth mentioning is that the day after I checked out, I realized I had left my wallet and passport in the safe. The hotel proactively called to inform me and later handed them over in person. I'm extremely grateful for the professionalism of the housekeeping staff and their supervisor. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.
