Nice Room and clean. very convenient walk to Pavilion and TRX shopping mall . Easy to find food. Will stay again when going KL .

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at INNB Park Hotel in KL for a week, and we were pretty impressed! The location is a gem—super close to some great shopping spots. But the real highlight? The lala beehoon at 'The Nest @ IMBI,' just a 3-minute walk away. Trust me, you've got to try it. If you're planning a trip to KL, this hotel and its nearby food court are worth checking out!

Location was good, walking distance to The Exchange TRX and other shopping mall. The room was clean and spacious.

Friendly staff, excellent location, superrrr clean room everything was convenient for us. Basic hotel that meets all the needs of a traveller.

The room was good, with all the basic amenities provided. The location is great, near the golden triangle area in Bukit Bintang. Convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are also nearby. Bear in mind that it will be hard for visitors with cars to park nearby this hotel. The hotel only provides 5 parking lots (in front of the hotel), and you should expect to get your own solution with your own responsibility. It is better to use/come with public transport or a chartered minibus/car. Everything is within walking distance to get your basic needs. The lobby of the hotel is not fancy at all, but I guess the hotel focuses more on its rooms. Mine was a superior queen room with window facing road views. Located on the 7th floor. The access card provided will directly send you to the designated floor. Privacy and security, indeed. Staff will call upon check-out for a reminder, but they are quite flexible on the timing. Provided it is not during peak timing.

Checked in around 4pm and it was rainy day. I have forgotten about/ overlooked about RM 200 deposit. However the front desk officer ( Mr Marwan) insist me to paid RM 200 in cash and discourage me to use debit/ credit card as deposit. He declined my request to check in first as I said I will withdraw some cash once the rain stopped. I asked him if he rather to see me wet since it was raining day to find the ATM machine. He said yes. Else he unable to allow me to check in. He has no empathy and did not even offered me an umbrella or even offer to keep my bag first while I’m out to find an ATM machine. I was half wet when I came back from the ATM and again the front desk ( all of them) not even said anything when they saw me. One officer just proceed to check me in and the rest just gave me an arrogant look. I felt so humiliated. Never in my experience ( check in hotel) feels like a beggar. To collect a deposit from hotel guest is so obsolete practice for a 3 star hotel. The room was ok, and window frame a bit dirty with lots of stains ( refer picture). Loud and noise/ AC sounds. During check out, I was assisted by Malay lady and they were nice. I will NOT come back to this Hotel.
