Stayed in a Deluxe room that feels like a low-budget category. The management forces guests to carry remote controls from the reception to the room, which immediately defines the low service level of this hotel. Pros: Lighting and Outlets: Good placement of light switches and power outlets, convenient even near the bed. Climate Control: Both the ceiling fan and the air conditioning were quiet and efficient. Shower: Good hot water flow and the drain worked perfectly (unlike the sink). Cons: Wi-Fi: Present and decent for basic browsing, but probably not sufficient for streaming. Plumbing issues: The bathroom sink was practically clogged with very slow drainage and heavy limescale on the faucet. Hygiene and Linen: Poor quality. Towels were grayish and had an unpleasant smell. Bed linens were not white (tending to gray) and only of sufficient quality. Walls were covered in scuff marks and signs of neglect. Poor Ergonomics: Room and bathroom spaces are manageable but tight. Ridiculous detail: the kettle cord is too short to reach an outlet from either the desk or the floor. Amenities: No fridge and no luggage rack provided. Only one small bottle of water available. Summary: This hotel relies solely on its location. It fails on basic maintenance, cleanliness of linens, and essential room amenities. Not recommended if you expect a real ”Deluxe” standard.
