"When I think of TABUNG HAJI, I think of this hotel. Both of my stays have been here. The tidiness is excellent. The meal is absolutely delicious. I brought nine members of my family, including two disabled parents. Customer service was top-notch. My sincere appreciation goes out to Mrs. Norsiah and the rest of the hotel staff for the wonderful dinner they served us. Please keep up the excellent work, RAIA Kuching Hotel. Without a doubt, I will return. Stay at RAIA and no other hotel!"

"Generally comfortable except the folding door a bit malfunction. Easy access for OKU. Price worthy for such strategic location. Requires only 3 mins walking distance to BMC Kuching. And there is a kopitiam and 7-11 beside the boutique hotel as well."

"Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering good value for money. The hotel is convenient located near the airport and connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and essential. Breakfast was enjoyable with good variety of options, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there was a blackout during my stay that lasted more than 30 minutes, and it appeared that there was no backup generator available. Fortunately, it occurred in the early morning when there was some natural light. It would have been more challenging if it had happened at night. This is an area the hotel need to look into. Overall, still a comfortable stay, but improvements in this aspect would enhance the experience further."

"Hotel location is great. First night when we arrived, we were assigned with a connecting room and the AC noise was unbearable even after it was turned off. After we requested for changing the room, the staff gave us a different room where the AC was normal. The shower room cleanliness needs to be improved, a lot of water stains but if you’re not picky, it’s not that obvious. River view room is definitely the best but I’d say the city view is not bad either. For pool access you need to go to the Putri wing, it’s not in Astana wing."

"The hotel room is nice & clean but unfortunately there are no dining chairs provided. There is a place to cook but there are no pots, no plates, no cups of the right size, not provided. Do we have to bring all of that ourselves? Which is impossible! The washing machine provided is not safe to use because the door cannot be locked & the water comes out of the front door. The iron cord is too short and it is very difficult to use. The saddest thing is why the workers working in the front row are not friendly & there is no smile at all from them to your guests . Their faces are always sour & not friendly at all. There is not a single word ”Thank you” coming out of your frontliner. I think the management should change your frontline staff."

"The front desk service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was okay, though there was a slight odor. The bed sheets were clean. Overall, it’s a good place for a short stay"

"i was staying 4 nights at the hotel, everything was good except the car parking. every night dont have parking, second night was terrible, i was been told to park at beside mall's car park with hotel discount rm20, i was thinking is good, unfortunely i was charged by RM60 plus, means i have to pay another RM40 plus at least, the hotel should compensate the charges. 3rd night also full and i was told to pay lobby at rm35, i got no choice, terrible!"

"I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok."

"Beautiful rooms and the Club Suites are worth the splurge! 😆😆😆 We are right smack in the centre of everything! Walking distance to Main Bazaar, India Street… our first day we walked to Ceylonese restaurant our favourite restaurant which is just a short 8 minutes walk away! Very safe and secured location Very centrally located walking distance to museums, shopping, food etc Amazing food and drinks in hotel even their in room dining is amazing!😆😆😆 DO Splurge on their Club rooms or suites - worth every penny you spent! Amazing amazing views!!!!
