"I stayed here for a few nights and had a generally acceptable experience. The room itself was a bit old and dated. However, looking past the dated decor, the overall stay was okay. The room was kept clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, and all the basic amenities worked without any major issues. The staff were friendly, and the location was quite convenient. If you are looking for a modern, luxury experience, this might not be the place for you. But if you just need a functional, reasonably priced place to crash for a couple of days, it gets the job done. It's nothing fancy, but overall ok."

"Stayed for 5d 4n. Overall was good, staff were very welcoming, limited basement parking. Not sure if we can park at Puteri Basement Parking. No clear instructions given. We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the bed, we asked for a change after second day of our stay but we noticed the they did not change. The location was superb anyways. Breakfast spread were moderate. We expected more options."

"Out of my surprise this hotel is newly built and operate since March 2026 and very convenient as walking distance to biggest mall in Sarawak- Vivacity Megamall and u can have everything settle over there for food, leisure , shopping, movie etc. While convenience store just located beside the hotel. Easy to move around to BCCK for event and event grab away to Water front area. Cosy stay and the level 5 check in counter is impressive, with nice music and the waiting lounge is amazing with free flow coffee, tea & water. Their concierge service is good. Front desk staff is friendly. Things to improve: - outsource breakfast to Kopitiam beside 7eleven as their serving is very slow and not key in order accordingly with the limited breakfast choices & not buffet style which will be more convenient. - to have a place for laundry service since 11-14floor is not yet operate…"

"Ask for quite room when booking, but they give me the room most near to the lift. I was check in around 2.30pm, not late check in and you prefer to send me kinda room. Everyone who passing by, talking, screaming I can heard very clearly. Woken by noises every morning!! Room electric power failure, twice!! Ask to change room, but they say they got their policy so cannot change. I'm staying for 3night, not only one night. Everytime pay a visit to kuching, this hotel is the first choice I'll pick. But this trip make me feel very disappointed."

"I checked into my room at 10:30 PM on the first night. The room looked clean at first, but when I unpacked in the corner, I found a cockroach and killed it. When I opened the curtains, a few baby cockroaches ran out. Some hid behind the sofa and the wall portrait. I called reception. They sent a staff member to spray the room and remove some cockroaches. There were too many affected areas, so she left the insect spray with me. The room smelled like insect spray all night. It’s toxic and unhealthy. My partner was too tired and slept, but I couldn’t sleep because I worried more cockroaches would appear. I had booked 4 nights and was concerned about staying. The next morning, a staff member messaged me on WhatsApp. He explained they were fully booked the night before but could move us to a new room that day. I accepted. I really appreciate their fast response. From the second night until checkout, everything was fine — no more cockroaches. I’m happy with how the hotel handled it. Great service recovery"
