沒注意把錦滙看成錦江了，名字起的時候看來也是下了一番功夫，住進來一看衞生就別提了，地毯已看不出原色並還有一些味道，這些都可以忍受，但是酒店的服務就更別提了，從前台辦入住的無人搭理，到吃早餐時的無人接待（衹顧低頭玩手機），真是無語了，沒有下次了。

如果四星級酒店沒有服務，能打幾星？這家酒店我定了兩次，自駕一圈回來還要住一宿。第一次入住，房間的床單跟沒有換過新的一樣皺皺巴巴，沙發凳上還有腳印👣～我以為是沒打掃完的，要求換了一間，沒想到還是一樣的…等我第二次住的時候，前台三個服務人員一個辦入住一個收身份證一個核對人臉識別…人浮於事…
辦完入住進了房間，準備燒水，發現燒水壺裡麪還有小半壺水，也就是説沒消毒也沒換新的，廁紙都是上一波房客用剩下的連折一下都沒折，我恍惚以為我到了外面的公共廁所…於是我用房間的電話打客房服務，發現座機電話是個擺設，連連接音都沒有，我就拿手機聯繫酒店，也打不通…於是給攜程客服打電話投訴…客服多次幫我聯繫酒店叫服務生換了個壺。還幫我爭取了個酒店的水果，結果到我第二天退房也沒給送來….這家酒店他們有跟旅行社簽約了，就衹服務團隊，自駕遊的散客可能利潤太低就不想服務了～所以散客也不必定他們家了，省的找氣兒受

這家店是整個新疆旅行中體驗感最差的，我們帶着孩子晚上11點半到達酒店去辦理入住，竟然等待辦理入住的有幾十人，都是上了年紀的老年團的長者，一開始以為是旅行團沒有協調好房間，去問了下我們是通過攜程預訂的，結果工作人員説房間沒有打掃出來，半夜11點半房間衞生沒有打掃出來，這種事遇到過嗎！排隊等到12點半，總算打掃好了，入住後結果發現房間裏毛巾沒有，梳子沒有，廁紙沒有。第二天早餐時間最晚到10點半，我們10點20去吃，啥也沒有了，連白煮蛋都沒有了，真是第一次遇到這樣的酒店了

衞生方面，十五樓的洗衣機和健身房位置非常臟，臟到讓人反感那種，而且十五樓照明燈，十五樓全是漆黑的。
酒店的早餐也是不盡人意，沒有什麼好吃的。
因為第二日要走獨庫，想要了解一些獨庫的訊息，問了前台的三位服務員，沒有人能夠解答一些基本問題，就好像不知道獨庫。作為這麼一大間酒店，而且是獨庫第一站，沒有人知道任何訊息，很失望，而且收費300+
停車場是免費的，不過要提前跟前台説。

酒店亂糟糟，樓裏有KTV晚上唱歌吵死你。房間看着乾淨一掀被子一根男士短髮，服務員説可能不小心掉的。要求下，換了被單。細節讓人覺得衞生堪憂。感覺像是公寓酒店，沒有服務可言。

酒店很大，很乾凈，服務態度巨好，停車很方便，附近有商店，前走150米有一排吃的，很不錯。疫情防控很到位，房間佈置簡潔清爽，沒有亂七八糟的東西。價格也很優惠
