V Hotel (Kunming 96)

The room was occupied by someone else. We negotiated for a refund but they kept delaying the refund.

The first negative review I give to this hotel is that the entire hotel is in a mess! ! ! 1. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I couldn't get through to the front desk phone. I had to wait for a long time. 2. I booked a double bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no room and I had to check in at 8pm. I was asked if I wanted to change to a standard room. If I didn’t change, I would cancel the order. 3. The hygiene is so bad. I finally got a room. I don’t know if the hotel has cleaned it. The carpet is very dark and there is a thick layer of dust on the bedside table. The furniture feels like it has never been cleaned because I had something to do during the day and I didn’t look at it carefully at night. I didn't come back until twelve o'clock. I felt too dirty to check in, so I had to buy a disposable four-piece suit. I didn't want to touch any other places! ! 4. The toilet was broken and the water could not be flushed. There was a high-pitched sound after the shower was turned off. 5. I was woken up by mosquito bites in the middle of the night. The hotel only had mosquito coil sockets and no mosquito coil inserts. I called and said there was no way but tomorrow. , the front desk is just a decoration, there is no one there under normal circumstances.
