客人被蚊蟲叮咬，很嚴重。在旅途中不確定，以為是吃紅景天過敏。回家裡，到醫院確診是蚊蟲叮咬。床鋪上競然有蟲子，床單，被單沒換？極癢，極痛苦。十天了，仍沒有好。照片衹是一部分身體部位。

酒店服務很好，進來大堂就有問候聲，服務員很熱情，表揚同心，酒店房間衞生乾淨，床睡着很舒適，早餐味道也可以，離火車站很近，交通便利，對面就是小吃街，購物吃飯都很方便，很滿意的一次住宿

前台小姐姐的服務好好喲 還提供了免費的早餐 酒店的環境也很好很乾凈 最重要的是到各個景點都很近 酒店樓下就是一條小吃街（樓下旁邊有一個餐廳特別的好吃當時跟男朋友到酒店太晚了就隨便在酒店附近找了一家吃的沒想到真的超乎意料味道太棒了）

超級吵佈局也不合理一晚上沒睡着 就地理位置還可以 古街內 去哪都還方便
酒店前台在頂樓電梯很小 要先拿着行李到頂樓辦理入住在下樓去房間裏 一點都沒有隔音 隔壁樓上樓下走過路過説話都是一清二楚 環境衞生也很差不推薦入住

酒店裝修典雅，位置絕佳，樓下就是南屏集市街，但又不吵，前台服務很好，還帶我們到客房詳細介紹房內設備使用方法，停車場就在酒店後門口很方便，性價比極高，非常滿意。

房間小巧温馨雅緻，設施齊備，直飲機方便衞生，還配有加濕器，包括拖鞋這些小細節都讓人覺得很貼心！是站在顧客角度考慮的。我們兩大一小出來玩，大床一邊靠着牆，二寶睡覺比較有安全感。
前台在七樓，有個屋頂小花園和早餐廳，訂的2百多的房間還包含早餐，性價比簡直了。早餐有豆漿油條、稀飯饅頭、雞蛋粗糧還有米線，吃得飽飽的。
前台服務熱情真誠，交通出行也很方便，就在市中心，挨着南強夜市，放下行李就可以下樓開啟安逸的逛吃逛吃模式。
電梯比較小，偶爾外面K歌的聲音有點影響，睡眠不好的朋友可以跟前台説住安靜一點的房間。我們房間外面有一個樓下餐廳的煙囱，做飯高峯期隆隆響像白噪音，一家人睡得還好。

工作人員不錯，服務好，趕飛機來不及吃早餐了，最後給我們打包帶走吃的，還有抽獎小禮品🎁，娃挺開心。頂樓辦理入住登記，客房各樓層需要刷卡進入，挺安全的。還有加濕器。
