The only drawback is that the TV cabinet looks stained and there is also scale on the shower floor. It should be cleaned with water and floor cleaning fluid. Can't be washed off. Regarding the location of the hotel, the hotel is in the suburbs and close to the train station. Online taxis cost 21 yuan and are about 10 kilometers away from Yuantong Mountain. I went to see the cherry blossoms because I didn’t know the location, so I took a taxi to the back door and it cost 41 yuan. The return trip It only costs 10 yuan to book a ride online. The hotel is located in a retro pedestrian street. The environment is very good. The housekeeper will drive a battery car to pick up and drop off guests. You can take pictures in the pedestrian street. You can finish shopping in half a day. On the day you arrived, you could eat at a store called (Dian Pu) near the hotel. The rice, I thought it was Yunnan cuisine. When I went in and looked at the menu, the dishes could be eaten anywhere. They had no special characteristics and the taste was average. I don’t recommend it. There is a Yunnan specialty restaurant diagonally opposite Dianpu. I heard that it is hot and sour. It tastes very good and the price is very affordable. If you want to eat special dishes, you can try it.

Well, it’s a nice enough hotel inside a fabricated former Wanda extended ***** mall. It’s not really close to anything —6-km to Xishan, Dian Lake, 9-10 km to city center. It’s main attraction appears to be an indoor skiing facility, which for anyone that actually skied before, is a 200-ft green circle that they classify as an “expert” run. They had some comic book/anime event going on so tons of people showed up for the weekend dressed up. Beyond the large ***** mall and running/bike track, I’m not sure if it has much more to offer. Personally, I’d advise anyone coming to Kunming to stay either in the city center or go prime spot Dian Lake. This entire concept has a half baked, 3/4 completed feel to it. The hotel is dead & while the place looks modern, it is cheaply built, the gym was unattended (not even sure if it was actually open), and pool hasn’t been open since the Omicron pandemic began in earnest in China. They told me this is a place that Wanda wanted to build up but after running into financial difficulties, it basically got abandoned all but for this area & I suppose they’re trying to monetize it as best they can.
