Hotels in Outside Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, Kunshan

This hotel is centrally located within the scenic area. After parking, someone came to pick us up, and we walked a short distance to the hotel. I had already compared hotels on Ctrip, and this one was very clean. The owner was also very nice. We checked in at 8 PM and were just in time to catch the last boat tour before 9 PM. The pier is conveniently located just across the bridge to the left of the hotel entrance. I highly recommend it! Travelers reading my review should seriously consider this place. I didn't take any photos, so you can refer to other reviews for pictures. The photo I've included is of the owner's very cute cat.

Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel in Zhouzhuang, with beautiful surroundings and excellent facilities. Sitting on the terrace outside the room and daydreaming, you can see the rippling blue waves and poetic natural scenery of the Jiangnan water town!

This stay experience was great! When checking in, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is rich, with Chinese and Western food to satisfy different tastes. The surrounding attractions are also very close and the supporting facilities are complete.

Our stay at Zhouzhuang Zen Yili was absolutely wonderful—a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and convenience! Taxi can dropped us off within 1 minute walking distance away from Zen Yili. Zhouzhuang ancient village entrance is just a few minutes walk from Zen Yili making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and activities. The peaceful surroundings of the homestay also added to the relaxing vibe. The hosts, both husband and wife were exceptionally kind and gave us great local tips. They provided us more than enough fresh fruits, tea, biscuits and mineral water. I was surprised also that the room was with full mosquitoes nettings with even anti mosquitoes device provided if needed. During our stay the homestay and its surroundings ware without mosquitoes. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was of five star standard for its fittings, and was very well-maintained. Before we checked out, we were given delicious homemade biscuits out of their hospitality. They also arranged for us a reliable and comfortable pickup after checked out. For the price, this homestay offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples, families, or solo travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in Zhouzhuang ancient village.

A hotel with a very artistic atmosphere, close to the archway, very suitable for families. There is a tent for children to play on the balcony, various artworks made of cardboard boxes downstairs, and a small train. It is also close to the Shuangqiao Bridge.

Facilities: The hotel is relatively new and simple. The highlight is the projection and toilet. HD members can watch most blockbusters and TV series. The toilet has smart technology. The only flaw is that the bathroom shower is a little small. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary, refer to hotel standards. Environment: It is less than 300 meters away from the entrance of Shen's house in Zhouzhuang, facing the Long Bridge of Mingyue Lake. The scenery is beautiful, and it is quiet to sleep at night. There is a balcony where you can drink tea and enjoy the scenery. The boss is warm and generous. Basically, you can make any request. I will recommend friends to stay here.

Extremely satisfied! Both rooms I booked were upgraded to lake view rooms, and from the balcony, you could directly watch the musical fountain at 8:30 PM. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic, guiding us cheerfully and eagerly helping with our luggage. Breakfast was relatively simple, but it had all the essentials and was definitely worth the price. The mini wontons and abalone noodles were highlights! The advantages of staying here are, firstly, the hotel's back entrance leads directly into Zhouzhuang, with a ticket gate seemingly set up just for this hotel, located near Shen Hall. Secondly, it's pet-friendly. There's also a lantern festival happening in Zhouzhuang recently, which makes for a pleasant stroll.

I went with my friends during the May Day holiday and booked it online. I found that this homestay was quite good when I arrived. It has an independent parking lot, and the guards isolate other areas. A few dozen steps outside will lead to one of the entrances and exits of Zhouzhuang. There are two bridges, and the scenery is very beautiful whether it is day or night. The room is also clean and comfortable. You can see Nanhu Lake and Shuangqiao across the balcony. The night view is particularly beautiful. Be careful not to open the screen window in summer, or small flies will come in.

Space and layout: The suite is very large in size, with clear functional partitions, separate living room, bedroom and cloakroom, and excellent privacy. I chose this B&B at first sight, and I wasn't disappointed. The owner contacted me a day in advance to tell me how to park, which was really heartwarming. The parking lot is very close to the B&B, in an alley, a one-minute walk from the ticket gate. The most important check-in attractions are all very close to the B&B, which is really super convenient. Most importantly, it's really quiet at night, allowing a tired heart to fall asleep peacefully. I really have to give it a thumbs up. The owner is also a person who loves life. The door and balcony are full of flowers. Sitting on the balcony in the evening with a small drink is awesome 👍
