建於1831年的私人日式酒店，很不錯的酒店，套餐包含的懷石料理很好吃一看就是用了心的。服務很好，服務員很客氣，第二天離開時，發現鞋子也幫忙清理過了。房間不會冷，被子很軟，我們的房間很大，乾濕兩用，空調一點也不吵。
服務很好，小小的日式酒店，二樓的休息茶室如果能開的話就100分。

服務真的很貼心～買了幅畫，和酒店工作人員説找個袋子裝一下，結果小姐姐不止拿了好幾個尺碼的袋子上來，還拿了泡泡紙膠帶幫我打了包裝，服務細緻入微

酒店位置還不錯，離清水五條站步行2分鐘即可到達，去主要景點打車也都不遠。酒店是傳統的日式旅館，佈置的很精緻，服務也很不錯。但是由於是傳統的老房子，隔音相對比較差一點，衞生間也比較小，住起來肯定沒有酒店那麼舒服。不過當時體驗日本文化，也算是一種不錯的選擇。

旅館不大 要點贊整體服務，特別是圖一的小姐姐真的很nice。標準的日式傳統服務，推薦的！晚餐也不錯 吃不完 根本吃不完！

非常好的體驗！工作人員都很友善，各處都很乾凈，非常能體驗日式旅館的風情！唯二需要注意的點是，一如果選了早餐就不能晚睡了，需要提早半小時起床洗漱因為有員工來幫忙收拾床鋪準備早餐；二是晚上過了十點左右以後整棟旅館都很安靜，也沒什麼燈，如果探索一樓的話會有點恐怖，但是在開放時間內還是可以去澡堂泡一泡的。
