Alquilamos por un mes con mi pareja en este lugar ya que fue el único que no nos pidió mayores requisitos. Fue un desastre , las instalaciones viejas , dpto sucio lleno de grasa y polvo, el mobiliario en mal estado debido a los años que tiene , electrodomésticos peligrosamente en mal estado causaban cortos constantemente, cortaban el gas de la ducha en las noches y no lo daban a primera hora de la mañana , la ventana no cerraba dejando entrar insectos por la noche , entre muchas otras cosas . Además el cuidador del lugar no entregaba ninguna solución y estaba constantemente alcoholizado. Solo aguantamos ahí un mes. La persona de la foto es Liliana la supuesta dueña , según nos dijo , quien nos retuvo parte del mes de garantía diciendo que es para gastos de limpieza , luego de esto procedió a bloquear toda comunicación con nosotros. En fin muy mala experiencia, además no nos hicieron contrato de arriendo ni nada que nos proteja por eso se aprovecharon . Esperamos que no vuelva a ocurrirle a nadie son sumamente negligentes hay muchas mejores opciones por precio similar
