Does not say on ******* that you have to rent hair caps and swimsuits from them before using their pool. And the air conditioning does

Was stuck in the elevator with my baby. The elevator stopped working a lot. They asked me two days before checkout if I was ready to check out. Had to pay extra which was not on ******* for cap and swim trunks for pool. Had to use theirs or could not use the pool. My baby also fell and busted his lip open deeply needed stitches due to them mopping the room with soap. And seen him fall and did not offer to help not even ice or anything. Will not be coming back

This is a well maintained and clean place. It is not a new building, but the management is doing a wonderful job in the maintenance of the place. It is budget friendly and the staff are courteous.

Unwelcome experience
No aircondition service all hours of day and night. The hotel is mostly on generators as such cannot provide elevator service such times. No room service for breakfast. Kitchen will not service room request. Kitchen won’t provide spoon to eat unless you pay for food. Kitchen will not give hot water tea. Breakfast sucks.
