Kokopelli Inn Sedona, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The Inn had hot water without waiting which was a plus. The tub had a ring around it. The room door had to be pushed hard to open and only opened half way. The carpet was stained and pieces of candy on floor. We would not stay again at this location.

Friendly front desk service. No breakfast included. Worn toilet and tub. The beds and pillows were bad - we could all feel the springs of the mattresses. Typical "we are in Sedona so we'll charge whatever we want whether it is worth it or not" prices - 200 dollars a night is ridiculous for such an old motel room.

This is a property that is only partial open. Breakfast area is closed, limited front desk operation, and if you are staying more than one night you have to get fresh towels at the front desk. Very pleasant employees though, and pretty quiet.

The location was at the opposite end from where we hiked the most, so always a drive, thru a bunch of roundabouts. The view from our room was a great one of Bell Rock, and you could walk around the balcony for the sunset.. Unfortunately there were no laundry services on site, and the bathtub/shower was disgusting. We enjoyed the in-room Keurig, microwave and min fridge. We were very close drive to the day spa at The Hilton at Bell Rock, which we loved for the sauna, hot tub, steam room and pool. Also, we were just block away from absolute Bike Rentals, and Bell Rock pathway.

The weather was amazing. The hotel location was great, close to hiking and great restaurants. The actual hotel room was somewhat dirty and smelled so strong like bug spray that my clothes smelled like bug spray the whole trip. It was hard to breath because of the bug spray fumes.

Great location with wonderful local mountain views just south of central Sedona. Very accessible to all areas with restaurants and entertainment opportunities mearby!

This hotel was nice BUT if you plan on checking in after 10:30pm even though the sign in the lobby says 24/7 they will be closed. I flew into Phoenix, waited for a rental car for an hour & half, then drove about 2 hrs & arrived at the hotel around 12:15am. The door was locked and the lights were off. I called the number and no answer so I left a message. My only choice was to try & sleep in the car with my disabled mother and father until the lobby reopened at 6am. Once I did get to check in I was told not once but twice that there’s an after hours person who should of answered the phone or at least called me back. The lady at the counter did apologize but I was still charged for the night even though I never got to check in because no one called me or even offered a discount. They are short staffed so if you need anything extra towels, coffee, etc you need to go up front and ask for it. Not a big deal but when my mom asked the housekeeper who was outside our room with her cart for extra towels she was so rude and snotty & yelled no you have to go up front.

Quiet and very comfortable. Location outside Santa Fe is greatly preferred b/c far less traffic. Traffic in old Santa Fe was horrendous (1 hr to drive 3 miles), but here was great. Just a few miles on a quick road from I-17 avoids the SF traffic and the Oak Canyon slow road to the north. Location is right next to Bell hill and a host of some of the most popular hikes in the SF area. I would definitely return.
