Area was very good just in front of the la seine river , Walkable distance to the louvre and saint micheal . Staff was great, amenities was great , cooker pans all stuff was clean and well prepared . Room spacious Everything was great Lobby provided free water coffee hot chocolate . Laundry room was clean And easy to use ..

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.

The sixth floor has a city view facing the fountain. The view is very good, and you can see the Pompidou Center from a distance. The restaurant on the street is noisy at night, but it won't be noisy if you close the window. The hotel is in a good location, just above the RER Chatelet train station, which is convenient for taking various RER trains and transferring to many subway lines. It is convenient for transportation. There is a shopping mall next to it, with a Monoprix supermarket, and a Carefour city supermarket in the train station, which is very convenient for buying food. There is a convenience store on the left side of the hotel gate. It is recommended to buy water here. 1.5L Evian water is 1.9 euros, which is cheaper than the two supermarkets mentioned above. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and free espresso in the lobby. We stayed in a standard twin room. The room was spacious, with 2 24-inch boxes that could be opened and laid flat, a small kitchen refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, range hood, pots, bowls, knives, forks and cups, and you can buy ingredients and cook by yourself. We stayed for six consecutive nights and were quite satisfied. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the Louvre from the hotel, and 10 minutes to walk to the newly opened department store of the LV Group by the Seine.

I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, where the cuisine was exquisite, showcasing a mix of traditional French flavors with a modern twist. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a chic bar area perfect for unwinding in the evening. The meeting and event spaces were impressive as well, making the Pullman a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. One of the best aspects of the Pullman Hotel Paris is its location. Being close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions like the Champs-Élysées and the Seine River made exploring Paris incredibly convenient. The nearby metro stations also made it easy to travel to other parts of the city. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Hotel Paris was outstanding. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the City of Light.

Excellent location for Eiffel Tower. Nearest Metro is 5 min walk away (opened for a week whilst we were there). Is currently undergoing upgrading so the next nearest Metro is about 15 mins walk away. Room is standard Paris size, clean. The staff were very friendly and multilingual. Our experience was great, no issues with shower/hot water. Many good restaurants around. Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

In general my stay at the hotel was good, with the exception that one day, the room cleaning was not done. I came back at the hotel at 1:30pm to continue my meetings from there and the room was not done. I hade to work until 6pm, so when I was ready to go out I have asked in reception to send somebody to clean, but the answer was that it was not possible because at that time there were no cleaning services. In a 4 star hotel, I cannot understand how come you leave a room without cleaning.

I traveled solo with EF Go Ahead Tours so had my own room, a fabulous one on the ninth floor with a view of the Sacre Coure. Fridge was replenished with soda and juice, a water station outside breakfast area kept water bottle filled. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff was helpful, got a cab for me to go to the Louvre when my Uber drivers kept cancelling! Great location, walked to Moulin Rouge one night snd used Metro regularly, a pass was provided by your group. Our guide had a desk and whiteboard with info in lobby which made it easy to keep up with daily activities and bus departures to dinner and Fountainbleu. Room was extremely comfortable, usual amenities, TV, AC, blow dryer. A small table and chair near window made a great reading spot. As mentioned in countless reviews, there remains an issue with tub/shower leaking, glass doors are not mounted and water escapes. Small issue when you are visiting the City of Lights. It was my teacher retirement present to me and enjoyed every second. Would return in a heartbeat to this hotel! Bonjour!!

Overall the room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff members were very kind for anything. Although the location is a bit far from the center you still have access to the bus stops and the metro nearby. There is also a small shopping town in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Would like to recommend!
