Very Good
GGuest UserTraveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

CCharlene ValencianoThe service was great and everyone was friendly. Things were a bit pricey, and the location is very off grid from everywhere else so there isn’t much choice but to pay crazy prices. Downfall was going during the week, most of the good dining places were closed. The room was okay, the beds were pretty stiff, throughout our 3 days they couldn’t offer ANY extra blankets, only extra sheets. The tv in our two rooms had terrible reception, more than half the channels barely came in, in pieces and staticky. The aC worked great in the room. The arcade was good price and the kids loved that. The pool was awesome too.

GGuest UserWent there on a weekend getaway and my wife and I enjoyed it. Although our room was a smoking room it wasn’t that bad. The room was clean for the most part but the water pressure was a little low. If you plan on visiting the other ******* I recommend getting the all day pass on the water taxi, $5 a trip can add up pretty quick so $25 for a day pass isn’t that bad plus you’re allowed to carry your drink onboard. Pool isn’t that big but being allowed to have your drinks pool side (no glass bottles) was a plus for us. We visited the other ******* and Edgewater was by far the cleanest casino (in our opinion from our experience). Everyone seemed friendly, from the staff to other guest. My wife and I had a great time at the bar we even made a few friends. We’re re already planning our next trip to Laughlin and we are definitely staying here again.

Make sure to get a copy of your reservation confirmation with the dates and the total on the prices. They charged me for days I wasn’t there due to their system mistake. No additional compensation was given for their overcharge and the hassles of having it removed and the insult of being over charged in the first place due to thwir system error though they did remove the extra days (I informed the employee handling it I have screen shots of original reservation info). The internet is terrible either kicks you off randomly even when you are in your room. I was glad they had refrigerators in the rooms but you have to have a light switch a certain way so they would stay on and no one told us about it. Over all would not stay again. The Salt grass restaurant food was very good and is the only reason I would return.

Stayed here 4 years ago and it was pretty good, cheap and no charge for the dog, so this year we booked online for $49 a night. The hotel said it was pet-friendly on the web site and no where on the site could I find a pet cleaning fee of $75. Checked in and told about the fee, which I thought at first was refundable if your dog didn’t make a mess, but after all paid up, was told it’s non-refundable. Also no fridge, microwave, coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. No free coffee in reception either. Very limited cable channels (maybe a dozen). Exterior of the hotel and ****** is very run down. Also you can’t get to the full river walk without leaving the property via the front parking lot and then walking through the Edgewater ******. On the positive it was clean. Never will we stay here again!

Meh. Looks okay on the outside but don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Our first room had so many moths flying around in it we had to ask to be moved. Rooms very basic with outdated furniture. It’s weird because there are like four individual casinos inside but they are separately operated and don’t cash each others tickets. Check in desk hard to find. Very smoky. First night one out of six elevators working. Windows so dirty we could barely see through them. Pool overrun with unattended little Mexican kids. Two of our three pillows were like concrete. It is located on the River Walk, so that’s good. The staff was friendly enough, but too hard to overcome all the negative. Next we stay at Harrah’s for sure.

AAnonymous UserThe room’s carpet flooring was dusty, visible spots on the carpet and on the towels. Don’t expect much from the room. Service at check in was good and there were food options in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very good, generally 3-star standard, as long as it has a private river beach. It is a very pleasant hotel, but there are too few people at the front desk. I waited a long time to check in.
