Hualian Hotel (Lanzhou University Branch)

Stone throw away from 兰州train station. Conveniently around host of amenities where one can pick up food, souvenirs and all you want. The front desk is nice and you can ask for a welcome drink, and take some candy. But you will be meet up with local people asking you on lodging and transport etc etc.

This place is beautiful and in a great location, staff is friendly and helpful. Only minus, but not enough to knock off a point, the water is only supposed to be off between 2am and 6am (I asked) but when I had a shower at 11 in the evening the water was slightly colder than tepid/luke warm. I tried it again around 10 in the morning same thing, slightly colder than tepid. Good thing it is in the middle of a hot summer, would cause issues in the winter though.

The hotel is well located and offers good value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were polite. However, the cleanliness could be improved, especially since there were many hairs visible on the carpet. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

This hotel is at a great location. Its just across the high speed train station. There us an underpass directly outside the hotel that leads to the train station. Lots if eateries around the area. Will stay here again when we need to travel by the high speed train.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very nice. I'd gladly stay again!
