這次入住體驗非常棒！房間寬敞明亮床鋪舒適，入住時態度熱情周到，服務很專業，酒店地理位置也比較好，交通便利，周邊配套設施齊全，服務真的沒得挑剔！從入住到退房，小賈服務的每一個環節都讓人感到滿意，房間乾淨整潔，下次來這個城市還會選擇入住這家酒店

As the first stop when I first arrived in Northwest China, Hyatt gave me unforgettable and wonderful memories. The location is excellent, and there is a riverside trail downstairs, which is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner. It also has five-star facilities and services. Special praise for Rita, the new duty manager of the front office, who responded quickly and solved a small problem when I checked in.

The room was big and you could see the Yellow River. I experienced the hotel's executive lounge and SPA, which were all good, because Hyatt added points to my impression of Lanzhou. What was particularly warm was that we arrived in Lanzhou quite early that day, it was raining, and it was very cold outside. I wore a short-sleeved shirt and asked the front desk lady if I could check in with a try-it attitude. I originally wanted to pay half a day's room rate, but the lady checked and found out that there was a room and checked me in immediately. Thank you 🙏

中餐廳都是人才，説了紅燒鯉魚加辣，第一次上菜沒放辣椒，然後拿回廚房加辣了，我還説多放辣椒，過了10分鐘，原封不動給我重新拿回來了，難道是再用意念放辣椒的嗎，第三次説還要給我拿回廚房加辣，我説不用了，等不了，最後她給我來了一句火鍋調料辣椒可以用，你家紅燒魚蘸着辣椒吃的嘛

房間不錯，靠近黃河，河景很美，但辦理入住不太愉快，16樓前台服務態度很一般，建議加強培訓。
