I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent, and it takes only two minutes to get to the Provincial Government Station from the subway. The room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. When I went out, I left a note in the room for a few bottles of water. Later I found that not only water but also chrysanthemums were left, which was very heartwarming. In general, the hotel is good ~ I will stay here again next time I come to Lanzhou ~
