Very good location, away from the strip and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.

The room is clean and comfortable, though smell of cigarettes was obvious inside the non-smoking room. A convenient location to get transportations for sightseeing of the Las Vegas. Justin, the supervisor of concierges, should be specially commended for his cheerful and helpful assistance that made my stay a great pleasure.

Very convenient for families with teenagers. There is one room and one living room. The sofa bed in the living room is large and very comfortable. Once the door is closed, it becomes two independent rooms, each with a large TV that can be connected to the Internet. The toilet is shared and can be entered through different doors without interfering with each other. There is no smoky casino, a full set of cooking utensils and a large refrigerator (bring your own seasonings - they are sold at the convenience store on the first floor). Free parking! Each person is given a bottle of water every day!
The most important thing is that it is close to Chinatown and is a 10-minute drive away. It is suitable for those who are tired of buffets. If you have a car, the location is not a problem. It's very quiet and doesn't smell like smoke, oh! There is also a washing and drying machine! It’s great! You can see the big light ball outside the window on the high floor!!!

Location was convenient to our needs. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Check-in agent was fantastic, warm and welcoming. Only thing that was a bust was the check-out experience. Not the same treatment nor did we feel welcomed - it dampened our spirits but other than that - everything was perfect.

The stay was great from the room to the location and the price, but on arrival my tub was not clean. My belongings also were moved or taken during room moves or cleaning and not returned prior to leaving. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Super modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

The indoor and outdoor environment is quite good. The outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop is really amazing. The indoor gym has a lot of equipment. The breakfast is quite rich and varied. You can try it.

The location is very convenient. There are many cost-effective restaurants in the hotel, as well as a swimming pool and gym. There was no kettle, bottled water, etc. in the room. The bathtub was not cleaned well. There was a bunch of hair stuck in the bath screen, which was quite disgusting.

Outstanding
QQ.zyThe room is clean, but the facilities are a bit old. It's just that the entrance to the hotel is hard to find and parking is a bit troublesome.
GGuest UserAn excellent hotel conveniently located along the strip with many restaurants just across the road. You can shop in Ross Dress for Less, go to M&Ms, find a food court and many more nearby. Overall, this is an excellent and reasonable priced hotel and strongly recommended for families.
GGuest UserBeautiful revamped hotel. Overall a fantastic experience! Gave us a complimentary birthday upgrade to a beautiful huge suite in the ruby tower. They have a couple of towers, but ruby tower is the tower you will want to be in, w a close by self parking garage connected and a more dedicated check in lobby. You also get direct lift lobby access to the gym, pool and juice bar.
Hotel was connected to the casino floor and direct access to plenty of restaurants. We tried 1 of them and even though pricey, it did not disappoint.
Service was decent for a hotel of this size. Rooms were well designed and quite high tech.
Just remember to not touch the sensor activated mini bar at all cost - unless you want to pay through your nose.
Saw that you could order room service and the prices were similar to the restaurant prices we went to, so that was quite nice. Views were ok, not the best but acceptable, we faced the pool and given it was low season, it wasn’t noisy at all.
The carpark felt fairly safe, we noticed security patrolling a couple of times. There is a valet parking option if you like. Great option to stay at as the other hotels on the strip all charge crazy daily parking rates.
Location from the strip is way nearer than it looks, an easy straight road walk down for about 15-20 mins, and you’ll get to the miracle mile shopping centre and the strip. Once you’re back at the hotel, you are away from all the crazy and in a very safe space.
Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!
GGuest UserThe place was outdated and not very clean. Did not have enough staff and felt disappointed. I have stayed there before but this place was not clean. Felt almost like they were keeping the place going until it was torn down. Took all three of our children for a trip to the NFR. We will not be staying there again.
GGuest UserEnjoyed staying at Excalibur. Location was great. Canyon Tours departed from the hotel.
Only downside for me was the cigarette smell all through the casino made it hard to stay downstairs and gamble. But otherwise everything else was great.
GGuest UserWith 2 small size beds in one room, has to be one of the smallest USA rooms I have ever stayed in and I’ve travelled quite a lot. Suitable for max 2 people. Check in mainly via machine but there are people hovering around to help. If staying as part of an event then access is great but you may find rooms cheaper on other hotel booking websites rather than hotel block linked to an event.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you
EeM.MGood experience and honest price, with parking space included;) really big room, however, different than I saw in the photos. The building is old and needs to be renovated as it's a little bit too old/destroyed. Unfortunately, the hot water is not available 24/7 so if you want to take a hot shower in the morning, you can forget about it. Downstairs not so many options open as per closure/renovation.
GGuest UserThis is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience!
She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window.
There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the strip. It is an off-the-strip casino, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.
LlawandaWhen we checked in, went to the room, there was a pink caulk like soap on the bathroom door area, the sink plug was not attached to the stopper, so I had to use my tweezers to pull it back out. Then when I dropped one of my shoes on the floor by the ac, there was someone else's clothing hook/tag on the floor. I was contacted on my phone by someone from the office about my stay, I did let them know but nothing was done about it. Then on Monday morning the elevators were very busy, we tried to find the stairs, they were emergency only from the 2nd floor. Finally we went down the back stairs to the basement floor by the gym, nasty ac units on the way smell like a nasty hell hole. Tried to speak to the housekeeper on how to get downstairs but she acted like she didn't speak english. If it wasn't for the location we would have left. We were going to the Football game.
