Every member of staff couldn’t have been more helpful from the minute I walked in the door and you can tell it wasn’t a script. Gorgeous food at dinner and breaks fast was piping hot. Room had 2 double beds, spotless. I’ll always stay here now when I’m in our Leeds office

Hotel spotlessly clean great location near the train station rooms spacious the only complaint I have is the hairdryer was useless kept cutting out overheating after only 2 minutes the socket to plug hairdryer in was over the tv no mirror they should be a hairdryer in the bathroom like most hotels

Easy to find from pointed car park So friendly when we checked in Staff so helpful Room was on 14th floor and the view was fantastic, the room was great size clean and lovely king size bed, bathroom was nice with great shower and every you need soaps and shampoo We had a few drinks in the bar before a nice night out Breakfast was very good something for all tastes and nice happy staff All in all a lovely stay in a well presented hotel and good value for city centre hotels We would and will return Thank you

A shout out to Anthony one of the night staff who had such a welcoming smile at all hours and down to earth attitude. My husband and I stayed as part of a conference with over 300 people in attendance. We had a very large room which was obviously set up for 4. Two very large king sized beds pushed together meant that whilst we could have a bed each if we wished to sleep as usual my husband had to climb into bed from the bottom! We stayed Friday through to Sunday afternoon and ate in the restaurant friday night. It was relatively busy but we had a lovely meal, the cocktails were lovely and the staff attentive and we happily paid the service charge and a tip on a bill over £70. As a result of our experience on the Friday night we attended the restaurant again Saturday night. It was awful, we had to find a member of staff to take our order, a member of staff to order our dessert, and we had to find a member of staff to pay the bill - we nearly left without paying the wait was so long! When we did get the bill a service charge had been added - we refused to pay this element as we had been given no service! On Sunday afternoon as the conference ( which was in the hotel ballroom) finished at 2pm and we did not need to be at the airport until after 6pm we thought we would see if we could get something to eat in the restaurant. Disappointingly a vegetarian colleague could not get the simple cheese and tomato sandwich he wanted as the only food the chefs were willing ( or able?) To prepare was what was on the menu ! We left and ate elsewhere so he could be accommodated. The hotel is very disabled friendly with access to all bar one room without the need to use lifts ( although we are now intimately acquainted with the service lift!) The staff in the hotel were all friendly and approachable. ( Even when refusing service!)

I booked to stay here last minute rather than getting a late train back home after meeting friends for dinner. It ended up being on the day that the Queen passed away so it's a hotel that I'll remember for a long time! - great value for money - think I paid £83 for the night including breakfast - hotel (including the room I stayed in) was very clean - room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - amazing location (close to the train station and the city centre) Teeny tiny negative: - breakfast room service option was limited to bacon / sausage sandwiches (however I left a note on the order card cheekily asking for a chocolate croissant - which wasn't an option - and they very kindly sent one up with my veggie sausage sandwich!) As a Mum to a 10 month old, I'm usually up at 6.30am - so a chocolate croissant in bed at 9am was an absolute treat! It's the little things as they say - and definitely warrants a 5/5 review!

I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews and the hotel not being my own choice due to work booking. I was glad that in the main my worries were proved room. My check in experience was brilliant. After a very long journey I was greater by the amazing Alesha! What an absolute credit to Radisson! Smile happy greeting and answered my questions well. Unfortunately my room service experience wasn't great at all. Nearly an hour for burger and chips and when it did arrive fhe chips were stone cold and burger not cooked properly. After speaking to Alesha she could not do enough to apologise and rectify the issue and if it was not for her this review would have not been what it was, not the star rating! Breakfast was lovely and the events staff were super helpful too, mention to Engne who was very attentive and explained the room set up very well. Please Radisson, recognise the hard work of Alesha. She truly is a gem! Thank you for making my stay a lovely one Alesha. I think you're fab!

Ibis is the one of my favour hotel. Location is good, 10 to 15 mins walk from train station. Shopping mall and many restaurants around hotel which easy to have food and shopping. Lovely and trendy design of the room, love it so much. However there’s no toothbrush and sleepier due to budget hotel. Breakfast is normal, not much choice but still good enough. And, a complimentary corner at the reception with coffee and some cupcakes, so sweet!! Will consider to stay again!!

The service is good, and the room has been upgraded😇 The room is large and comfortable. Breakfast is average. The main reason is the location, which is really nice. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the train station, and all the delicious food and shopping can be reached on foot. It's so convenient, there is also a famous donut shop just downstairs from the hotel. We found out before we left that it was sold out by 4pm. Saw a lot of people in the lobby looking for this donut shop
