The experience at Wuhan East Lake Hotel was superb! While everywhere else was packed during the May Day holiday, this place was exceptionally peaceful. The park is huge, filled with lush trees and blooming flowers. Taking a morning stroll here to breathe in the fresh air meant there was no need to join the crowds outside. You can even visit Chairman Mao's former residence within the grounds. The environment is elegant and the atmosphere is quiet, making for a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅
I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

This was the most satisfying hotel of our trip, and I highly recommend it! The location is absolutely incredible, right at the entrance of Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, directly across from the Hankou Customs House Museum. It's super close to the ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Yangtze River Bridge and Yellow Crane Tower – just take a 1.3 yuan ferry ride across the river. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated century-old Japanese Nissin Shipping Company building, filled with Republic of China-era charm. The atmosphere is fantastic, and it's perfect for taking photos in a qipao. When we checked in, the front desk even kindly upgraded us to a business king room and gave us a complimentary afternoon tea. The rooftop terrace offers great views of the river, making the whole experience truly exceptional. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. My family especially loved their pillows – we all slept incredibly soundly. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Wuhan!
I wanted to relax in a hot spring during the National Day holiday, and after doing some research, I finally chose this place. Overall, I would recommend it. The hot spring center has relatively new facilities and many pools. It wasn't too crowded during the holiday, so the experience was quite good. The private hot spring water in the room came out quickly.
The service was excellent. After registration, the front desk gave a brief introduction to the facilities and opening hours and guided us to our accommodation building. When we dined at the barbecue restaurant in the evening, the staff were very friendly, especially one young man who proactively provided ice when we asked and even asked if we needed more during our meal – a big thumbs up!
However, there are a few areas for improvement. First, there was no refrigerator in the room. Second, the walls of the Tianmu Pavilion room had quite a few gray and black stains, making it look a bit dirty. I heard the rooms at Panshan are newer, but we didn't try them this time.
I'll probably bring my family here again when the weather gets colder. If you're looking for value for money, you can actually book a room without a private hot spring; the hot spring center is downstairs, very clean, and has long opening hours.

The cherry blossom season in Wuhan has been really popular lately, so my best friend and I finally got to experience our long-awaited trip to Wuhan. What made us happiest was booking this hotel! They offered an 8-to-1 butler service, which was incredibly thoughtful. We didn't have to wake up early; breakfast could be delivered to our room until 11 AM. They also included a complimentary travel photoshoot. The photographer gave us helpful posing tips. My friend took a while getting ready, and both the butler and photographer were kind enough to adjust our shooting time. Best of all, we got all the original photos – perfect for sharing beautiful shots on social media!

The service was pretty good overall; they even upgraded my room. However, the breakfast was really mediocre, and the breakfast lady had a very bad attitude. When I extended my stay, the toothbrush went from being boxed to packaged in a bag. I stayed for several days, and since my flight was at 8 AM, I asked for a late check-out. Around 3 PM, I overheard the housekeeping staff outside my door saying, ”Why haven't they checked out yet?” I paid for the late check-out; isn't that a consumer's right? The elevators were incredibly slow; I had to wait a long time every time. The TV couldn't screen mirror, so I was stuck watching the same few channels over and over.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a great view of Yingwuzhou Bridge. However, the variety of food at both the dinner buffet and breakfast was quite limited. The 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall' soup, advertised as a pot per person at dinner, felt a bit perfunctory and didn't quite live up to Hilton standards. On the positive side, the service was great, and housekeeping was prompt. It was also convenient to catch a Robotaxi (Luobo Kuaipao) right downstairs, which was an interesting experience.

I made a special trip to Xianning to soak in the hot springs, the experience is very good!
As soon as we arrived at the door, Aunt Tan Chunming enthusiastically took us to check in and put our luggage. It was also very pleasant to chat with us during the process of showing us the guest room.
Sister Zou Yanxia upgraded the room type for us according to the situation of the remaining rooms, and told us how to eat and play around.
The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs.
The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great.
The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person).
The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air.
A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.

This Fairmont hotel offers an excellent stay. The experience was seamless from the pre-arrival communication with the butler a day before, to the smooth check-in process. The room was also great, clean and tidy, and the turndown service was already done when I arrived, making it easy to relax. It's truly a hotel I love staying at whenever I visit Wuhan.

Before checking in, I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, but my overall stay was excellent! The room view was amazing! They even upgraded me for free to a Natural Tower view room.
**Facilities:** The overall facilities are very smart, and there's even a robot that delivers items to the room, which is quite convenient.
**Hygiene:** The bed frame was a little stained, perhaps due to extended use, but the room and bathroom were odor-free. The only thing is, they might want to consider changing the scent in the hallway; the current industrial smell is a bit strong.
**Breakfast:** The buffet selection was rich and varied. I woke up a bit late and hit the breakfast peak, but the staff were actively trying to resolve issues.
Overall, it was a good experience.

GGuest UserExtremely satisfied!!! I was in Wuhan for a marathon and debated whether to book a hotel at the start or finish line. I ultimately chose Howard Johnson Pearl Plaza, and from then on, surprises just kept coming 😁. Because of the marathon, breakfast on the 22nd was served early at 5 AM, with a focus on carbs (hot dry noodles, beef noodles, rice), and fruits like bananas and oranges. They really considered the needs of marathon runners! When I hesitantly asked how late I could check out, the hotel readily replied, “You can check out at 3 PM today” (anyone who travels for business knows how valuable that is). Wuhan Marathon not only had enthusiastic volunteers and spectators, but even the hotel went above and beyond. Huge thumbs up 👍👍👍

KKen SThis was my first time staying at this hotel in Wuhan, probably 7 or 8 years ago. This recent stay, the hotel hasn't had any major hardware upgrades – no big TVs, and no screen mirroring. However, it's still well-maintained. The main draw is its convenience. It's been raining in Wuhan for a week, so going out to see cherry blossoms is out of the question, and even ordering takeout is a hassle. But the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, and this mall has a great selection of stores. There's Aeon, bubble tea, cakes, hotpot, and buffets. You can easily pop over there several times a day. It also has direct subway access, so you can seamlessly connect to other malls for more shopping.
The front desk staff, especially a young lady I frequently saw, provided excellent service. She was warm and welcoming, yet maintained a professional distance.
The most important thing is that this hotel offers a 'no-housekeeping for a cultural souvenir' program. Due to my personal preferences, especially with these hotel-apartments, once I check in, I really dislike having anyone else enter, even for cleaning. This hotel's program really gets me, and I even get a souvenir. It's great!

FFengzaiqishi0213The hotel's location is super convenient! It's just a few minutes' walk to Hubu Alley, about ten minutes to Tanualin, and not far from Liangdao Street. Zhonghua Road Pier is also only a ten-minute stroll away, which is incredibly handy. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby too, so we always ate close by. The breakfast selection was pretty good, and you can even catch a glimpse of the Yellow Crane Tower!

GGuest UserTraveling with family, we booked two adjacent rooms, which was very convenient. Each room came with a snack platter, which the kids absolutely loved. The cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. A big shout-out to the front desk staff for their warm and enthusiastic service!

HheeqinnI stayed for three nights during Hilton's peak year-end conference season, with many company annual meetings. I almost couldn't book a room through Trip.com. The young man at the front desk was a bit stingy, refusing either breakfast or executive lounge access. However, thanks to a helpful friend in the reservations department, I paid the difference and stayed in an executive suite for three nights. Although it wasn't a lake view room, my positive impression from previous stays continued. The hotel's service in all aspects was good, and despite being peak annual meeting season, it wasn't noisy. Special commendation goes to Feng Chongtian and Chen Zhishan from the health center and kids' club! They were especially friendly and patient with children.😄

GGuest UserI brought my children with me. The weather is a bit hot. I really want to play in the pool. The water park will only open next month. Xiao Wang at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He sees that we have a lot of things, so he offers to help with it. Xu Cui'e, the aunt in the room, also helps to deliver the water , very timely, the early beef noodles are really delicious, the children in the dinosaur park like it very much, very realistic
NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!
SSelf RelianceThe hotel eventually resolve the issue by relocating me to another, better room. But the room they initially gave me had heating problems, such that it would heat the room up to 80° without a way to stop the heat from coming in. At the same time, there was some mold growing in the grout in the shower area. The room they relocated to is a more expensive room and much better. The part that was infuriating was that they were trying initially to explain to me that that’s the way the heating system would work. Eventually, I had to call Trip.com to complain, and that was when Trip.com called the hotel, and then they relocated me to another room.
HHuochaiI brought my family here, and the service was patient and attentive, always responding promptly. The high-rise river view hotel truly lives up to its reputation; the environment is spacious and comfortable, with an unobstructed view. The facilities are complete, and everything is clean and tidy. My parents sat by the window and enjoyed the view for a long time. The location is also very convenient. Overall, the service was thoughtful and meticulous, making our stay very pleasant. It was a satisfying family trip.
