Stayed at FINAI for 3 nights during my trip to Lijiang and it was amazing! The staff called me one night before and offered a free airport pickup service. They were extremely attentive throughout the trip and replied almost instantly on WeChat for any questions I had. The room was big and clean and had a great view of Lijiang Old Town. The amenities provided were sufficient and of good quality. It is only a stone’s throw from both the airport bus station and the entrance to the Old Town with many food options available. Highly recommend FINAI to anyone who’s visiting Lijiang Old Town!

I love to stay at FINAI because good staffs especially Rita , good room ( Hotel upgrade room for us to see panoramic view of ancient town, Location only 100 m. walk to big water wheels. The restaurant is excellent view too. Highly recommended to all guests

Great service by 程程 from front desk. I booked a double bed by accident and she upgraded us to a king room. She also helped to guide us what to eat in the old town, where’s the best locations to 打卡. She knew we went for dinner at one of her recommends, and called the owner to offer us welcome drinks. Best of all, for those who doesn’t know that the didi (ride hailing) rides can’t squeeze in 2 big luggages, she helped us booked a bigger car at a much better price than didi, and with ample space. Room is warm (which is very essential in freezing months), though the safe box doesn’t work (but didn’t matter to me). At the time of writing, they are offering complimentary afternoon tea set for 2, and another lounge set for couple. Great value and service. 赞👍
