酒店很偏僻，就連前一個旅遊司機，都不願送我們去，衹送到山底，説是600米，其實不止。遊了幾天，都很累了，推着箱子到了民宿那，已經累的一點勁沒了，打電話給民宿管理員，還好幫拎箱入往，態度還好。但房間雖訂的是特價房，但其衞生真沒見過，整個房間桌子，衣架，床頭全是一層灰，用手一抹全是灰塵，都能寫大字。廁所也不上水，我還要了一塊抹布，擦其衞生，我們是來旅遊的，不是來搞此事，雲南遊最後一晚，是最差的一個住地。心情馬上不好了。被套開始説換了，也不繫旁被套帶子，看見棉胎髮黴，後説了給換了一下。床單爛洞。申訴退50元。

衞生堪憂1.洗手枱上面的黴點，上一個客人留下來的垃圾，地漏的隔板放在置物台上麪。2.廁所地漏特別差，漏水根本漏不下去，弄的到處都是水，特別特別滑。3.剛進房間弄被子就發現床單上面很多灰灰渣渣，被子上還有污漬。⚠️還專門鋪了一次性床單，身上都長了很多疙瘩，又大又紅又癢，全身上下十幾個。4.定了兩天晚上，但是沒有人來打掃，房間裏面的垃圾仍然是那樣的。裏面一次性用品也沒用更新。服務態度1.剛到了之後老闆弄了很久才找到房間入住，並且房型不對。2.連定兩晚卻衹刷了一晚上的房卡，第二天逛累了回去結果房卡刷不開，庭院裏幾乎看不到老闆人，叫了很久“有人嗎”老闆人呢”但是還是沒人出來，打了好幾個電話，老闆才出來幫忙再續一晚的房卡。地理位置1.到達麗江古城之後，還有很大很長一個上山的坡，除非打車，不然累死。2.打車到達之後，還需要爬兩大節很長的樓梯。3.最後，民宿景色雖然不錯，樓頂可以看夜景，但是隔音不好。

因為一家民宿對麗江的第一印象失望訂房時有打電話詢問是否是1.5的雙床房，商家那邊回覆是1.5，結果到了之後是1.2的床，一番交涉給我換了家庭房。停車場也有隱瞞，電話裏問停車場多少米，沒正面回答我具體多遠，就説挺近的，到了之後才知道就是公用的一個小停車場，基本沒位置的，晚上回來找停車位得在坡上坡下轉好幾圈，車位非常少，路本來就窄，兩邊還都停的車，技術不好的很容易刮蹭，而且全程都是坡路，步行到民宿門口很累人。説實話房間跟照片差距挺大，光線根本就不是照片裏那麼亮堂，挺昏暗的，不過白天也不在，就晚上湊合睡一下吧。晚上十二點多了隔壁還在大聲喧嘩，影響睡眠。家庭房配了一個小冰箱，裏面不知道是多久之前壞了的東西，冰箱門打開一股惡臭味，我快吐了，不是一客一打掃嗎？怎麼會有壞了的東西在冰箱洗臉枱龍頭也搖搖晃晃感覺快掉了，花灑開關那裡一層灰，床單也有污漬，挺無語的家庭房入住一般都會有小朋友或者未成年，牆上居然有不合時宜的牆畫！本來想着體驗一下麗江特色的民宿，沒想到是這樣的，以後還是老老實實住酒店吧。

很不錯的一次入住體驗，很舒服，周邊環境清幽，交通便利，房間寬敞採光很好，床單被罩乾淨整潔都是純棉質的，睡着好舒服，設施也齊全，值得推薦！
