Location was great and there were a lot of nice tea stores ard the hotel. However our experience at the hotel was not the most pleasant due to :
1. lack of response from hotel online
2. Our shower is small and is missing a glass door hence the toilet will get pretty wet when showering
3. Towels provided smell fishy
4. Privacy of room may not be the best as the room we stayed was just beside the kitchen, staff changing room and the main road. You can literally exit the hotel through your window.
5. We found a potential pinhole camera that was in the router looking box, facing the bed. We were not sure if it’s indeed a camera but do not want to take the chance to leave it as it is so we covered the box with a bag.

Staid 2 night. Rainy days and very cozy and spacious place with easy access to other place. Well interior all around the hotel. We very enjoyed and wanna stay again for next time :)

選了很久選中的哆鶴，被網頁上的日式禪意庭院照片吸引，來了之後真的沒有失望，實景甚至比圖片上更美，晴雨都怡人。房型也很滿意，乾淨整潔，細節加分。阿姨和小哥人都很好，再晚回來都有銀耳湯等着，得知我感染了風寒還貼心送來感冒靈。四衹小貓一衹比一衹有靈氣，小黑智商擔當，第一次上三樓就給我帶路，優雅又忠犬，程咬金是個黏人嚶嚶怪，有叫必哼唧，小丁香趁我化粧時旁若無人過來腿上取暖磨爪，小橘真貓不露相，露相萌一臉。總之，這個小院子滿足了我大部分對生活的想象，希望老闆堅持優質服務，下次和朋友來束河還能看到那麼美的庭院。

很幸運這次麗江之旅住到了哆鶴，民宿環境以及服務真的超級棒，地暖空調投屏電視大浴缸應有盡有，床單被罩都非常非常乾淨，價格也很公道性價比極高，客棧的每一個人態度都很好，在這有家的感覺，真的強烈推薦！！！！下回再來麗江一定還住哆鶴，也祝哆鶴生意興隆，期待我們的下一次相遇！
