酒店位置優越，出行也很方便，離西津渡古街很近，步行即可；酒店管家服務很貼心，提前聯繫我，出行當天適逢下大雨，費費管家及時提醒我們注意行車安全；客房佈置乾淨衞生，下次去鎮江還會選擇住這家酒店。

酒店地理位置極佳，處在鎮江歷史文化旅遊區內，附近有西津渡老街、鎮江博物館、金山、北固山等；而民國風花園式的酒店本身就非常漂亮，古樸典雅，綠茵環抱，鳥語花香。酒店一側向後的小山坡上，竟然還有讓人能靜心品茗的茶舍，真是能想到的都想到了。還有更讓人感慨的，就是市場傳媒經理任靜給與的細緻入微管家式的貼心服務！我們剛一入住，她便加了我們的微信，開始了一對一的服務：首先向我們提供了酒店周邊美食娛樂的推薦表單，其中詳細告知了正餐、便餐店的店名、風味、種類和價格；還提供了鎮江遊攻略；我們每天出行時，她都要送出酒店大門，同時還要送瓶裝水。入住期間，還給我們送了精緻的小禮品。原本我們計劃住兩天，後感覺好就又加了一天，她立刻給與了辦理並打了折。晚上下班後，她還要詢問有什麼需要幫助的。有一天晚上我門在西津渡飯館吃飯，都上了菜了，下了班的她得知後，立刻聯繫了店家，給我們打了折。鎮江遊給我門留下了美好的印象，其中印象最深的就是任靜經理熱情、周到、貼心的服務！謝了！

環境不錯，很安靜。離西津渡古街非常近。去北固山，金山都是10元以內車費。早餐品種不多，但味道都不錯。管家介紹景點美食，服務到位。

酒店位於西津渡古街附近，風格與周邊景區一致。有管家任提前溝通，服務比較貼心，送了第二天的早餐幫忙預訂了晚餐，可惜沒有實現房卡打95折😛。離景區走路很近，也很安靜。訂的家庭房，房間和浴室很大，略顯不足的是裝修稍有點顯舊，衞生狀況可以。兩個房間電視都存在點小問題 很快解決了。如果在電視收看等房間管理細節上加強日常檢查等就更好了。

非常感動的一次入住酒店的體驗，酒店優美特色的環境，就在西津渡酒店旁邊這些就不在一一列舉了，特別感動於酒店管家孟丹丹經理的無微不至的服務，給她七星好評都不為過，讓人有到家的感覺，吃住玩行都給了很大的方便，下次帶老婆孩子來再見！

回家鄉探望老母親，昨晚選擇住在緊貼我的小學母校後山上的雅閣酒店中，環境優美乾淨、前台、餐廳、PA服務人員禮貌熱情,後山上的90方蘇東坡碑林氣勢壯觀；回想每天放學都會逗留在學校的亭閣上，放學都會從雲台山繞路回家，如今學校已成為省文物保護單位，那扇打開的小窗曾經是我四年級的教室，感慨、記憶，一晃五十多年過去了⋯

明國風格的建築，復古優雅，酒店很大，非常乾淨，也很安靜。服務非常好，很親切熱情。在五一期間住的最舒服的五星酒店，沒有之一。離西津渡很近，步行不到十分鐘就到，靠金山，離火車站2.6公里，南山打車十五元不到，真的非常方便。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很好繁華，出行方便。門口有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心。
大廳簡潔，大氣，佈局合理，服務熱情，很不錯。
房間整潔，乾淨衞生，動作麻利，周到。住在這裏非常舒服，酒店工作人員都很熱情，主動問候，很有禮貌，服務真棒，房間有免費的礦泉水。
酒店的管家陳陳提前就和我聯繫了，並提供了一系列的幫助，服務貼心，並告知了酒店為客人設的一些活動，很棒，以後來鎮江還也會選擇這家酒店！
