位置好，小區環境好，小區走到海邊沙灘衹需要5分鐘。電車充電方便，停車不算貴。可吃業主食堂，或者小區門口有餐飲店。小區有個平價超市，比外面超市還便宜點。配有電飯煲和炊具，但是開火需要單獨收費。總體來講，還是不錯的。

酒店特別好，別出名的小區阿羅哈。管家熱情周到，小區環境好，在房間裏可以看見大海，第一次住的海景房。房間乾淨，設備齊全，室內有冰箱，有一次性面巾，獨立包裝的洗漱用品。晚上睡覺特別安靜，有家的感覺。下次還會選擇的。

在平台對比了多家民宿還是選擇了這家，第一價格實惠，我連住了三晚，第二位置很好，離海岸線很近，第三服務很到位，有求必應，還送了我一個拔罐，下次來陵水還會選擇這家。設施齊全，洗衣機，冰箱，電視機熱水器都有。

帶孩子過來玩定的民宿。到了驚喜的意外。小區配套比較齊全，海灘人少乾淨帶孩子太合適了。房間也很乾凈，管家貼心，洗衣機下水有點問題、一説馬上就來收拾了。推薦推薦

小區環境不錯，有影城咖啡廳還有泳池，風景也好，住的很舒服。這次是跟朋友過來玩，也適合帶家人過來旅行。很有家的感覺。民宿小哥哥也很熱情，服務周到，點贊。

房間設施齊全，洗衣機冰箱廚房用品齊全，有家的感覺。小區景色也不錯，而且離沙灘也近。不過最後提一點小建議，家居設施有點老舊，需要維修或者換新

旅遊淡季出來玩，一個人住特別划算。周圍配套還算齊全，房間也乾淨衞生 下樓後不到五分鐘就到沙灘了，這兩天陰天下雨，温度特別好 下次還會再來的

環境：在小區裏面
服務：服務很好，找不到導航到阿羅哈影城，工作人員出來接。整個民宿挨着三亞海棠灣，所以價格不是很低，畢竟三亞那邊房價很貴
