What I was most dissatisfied with was the breakfast; it was crowded, chaotic, and the food wasn't very good. The hotel's beach offers a nice view, great for photos, and you can even catch hermit crabs. It's also quite convenient for visiting the theme park."

"My overall experience during this stay was great! The room was spotless, with hardly any insects. We were later upgraded to a sea-view room directly facing the ocean, and the view was absolutely stunning. The soundproofing was also good, allowing for a very comfortable rest. The hotel breakfast has two areas, and the restaurant on the left offers a wider variety of options. I highly recommend the freshly baked waffles. It’s best to go early for breakfast, as it gets very crowded during the 9-10 AM peak. The water park and indoor playground are a lot of fun and provide enough entertainment for most of the day. The beach downstairs has fine, clean sand, but the waves are quite strong, and there are no lifeguards, so swimming is not allowed. The minibar was refilled daily. Special shout-out to the concierge – I forgot their name, but their service was excellent. All our requests were handled properly, making for a very pleasant stay."

"Staying at DoubleTree by Hilton was a great value, especially with the stormy weather. For kids who want to play in the water, there's a hot spring, and they can also visit the pet park to feed animals. The two staff members at the pet park were incredibly friendly and kind; they patiently accompanied the children to feed the ducklings and squirrels even in the rain. The butler service was just okay, not always the most responsive, but they generally did fulfill requests."

The hotel also has three swimming pools and a kids' playground, and it's only a five-minute walk to the beach from the hotel. If only the weather had been better, it would have been absolutely perfect!"

I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's small appliances, especially that little pot with a detachable handle – so cute! There's also a fridge and a washing machine. The rooms are incredibly photogenic, making this an ideal family-friendly, sea-view hotel for those traveling with children!"

"The location is great, overlooking the ocean. It's within walking distance of Nanhou Island and Xincun Night Market. The front desk staff were kind and even gave us a fruit platter upon check-in. The room was also very neat, clean, and nicely designed. The only downside was that there was road construction during my stay, so Didi couldn't drive directly onto the road in front of the hotel."

"The room is quite big, but the partition design is a bit unreasonable. It may be better to adjust it yourself if you stay for a long time. The balcony is large, but the bathtub takes up half of the area. It would be nice to convert the bathtub into an outdoor sofa. It is really pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the scenery in this weather. Although I knew I had booked a room with a lighthouse view, I was still a little shocked when I walked in. The view alone was worth it! Service: The girl at the front desk who picked us up that day was very nice. We drove in by ourselves at first but couldn't find a parking space, so we drove around in a circle and came out again. We called her and she immediately came to the door to pick us up and took us to find a parking space on the other side. Fortunately, we found it successfully, and she also helped us carry our luggage to the room. Very good!"

"This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as a top-tier luxury resort in Clearwater Bay, offering an unparalleled high-end Southeast Asian vacation experience. 🌊 The hotel's setting is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical gardens meeting a pristine oceanfront. The sunset views are incredibly atmospheric and romantic. The service is meticulous and attentive; our butler, Wendy, was always prompt in her responses. The room itself was spacious, and the amenities were of excellent quality. They even prepared special surprises for our anniversary and birthday! Every corner of this hotel is a fantastic photo spot – you can snap magazine-worthy pictures anywhere. With its exclusive beach, it's definitely my top choice for a getaway. Highly recommended! I also want to give a special shout-out to the hotel's partner photography service, Boron Travel Photography. The photographer was incredibly skilled and took such beautiful photos. I'm truly delighted with the results, so if you stay here, definitely book a photoshoot!"

The coconut grove was also very pleasant. Cleanliness: The overall maintenance was pretty good. Facilities: The breakfast could be more varied, and the dinner options were limited."

"This is a beautiful hotel, though it feels a bit like a maze and I often got lost, especially since the public areas are shared with other hotels. The first night it rained heavily, which was a shame because our beach trip was canceled. But it's okay, we're at the beach every day anyway. Cathy was great, very responsive to our requests. It rained again on the second morning, but thankfully it cleared up quickly and the kids' pool opened, which finally made my child happy. I'd suggest the hotel be a bit less strict about breakfast for children. Most family-friendly hotels I've stayed at usually include breakfast for two adults and one child, even places like Atlantis do. Our child mostly eats staple foods, and paying extra really feels a bit unreasonable. Overall, we're satisfied. Thank you!"

"Let's talk about the hotel first: it is right on the street, within walking distance of the Xincun Night Market and the pier to Monkey Island. The room is relatively spacious with balconies on both sides. The boss has a good service attitude and is quite enthusiastic. However, parking is not very convenient. Then let's talk about Xincun: We drove here from Haikou and stayed in Riyue Bay, Xiangshui Bay, Xincun and Qingshui Bay for a few days respectively. The worst impression was made by Xincun. The overall prices were high and the service attitude was very poor. The main problem was that the street where the hotel was located and the street where the night market was located were completely priced for tourists. I won't say anything else, but bananas in the supermarket on this street were 6 yuan and seedless red grapes were 16.9 yuan. On the street around the corner of Monkey Island Pier, bananas in the supermarket were 4 yuan and seedless red grapes were 12.9 yuan. In fact, there is no need to buy tickets to Monkey Island Park. It is more fun to drive there by yourself, and the things in the night market can actually be found elsewhere, so next time I come to Lingshui, I probably won’t stay in Xincun."

"First and foremost, a big shout-out to our butler, Winnie, who was incredibly enthusiastic and highly efficient, always ready to help with our requests. The hotel itself shares public areas with the Indigo, and the public spaces are a bit small. This means the pool is always crowded, no matter the time of day. Although there was a queue for breakfast, we got in relatively quickly. The variety of food items was excellent and very impressive. The turndown service with cocktails and minibar replenishment every evening was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. My only minor complaint is that the bar closes too early, at 11 PM. Additionally, the staff at the Chess & View were very welcoming. They even changed the movie for us when there were no other guests, which was a nice gesture. However, the air conditioning in the cinema was too noisy, and the sound system was too quiet, so the experience wasn't as good as I'd hoped. On the other hand, there were several flaws in the room's design and functionality: ① They used a stone material in the bathroom, which is difficult to clean and maintain, leading to yellowing corners that looked less than pristine. ② The desk design isn't very office-friendly, with no convenient power outlet locations. ③ The TV didn't have any brightness adjustment settings. ④ The two small night lights on the balcony seemed to be malfunctioning."
