細節決定成敗，服務相當到位，進入酒店後就有美女遞上一杯熱茶，和一塊熱毛巾，飲一口甘甜，擦一下污塵，心情大好，酒店內設施更是沒有的説，乾淨整潔

首先，房間比較新，衹是隔音不太好，自己住的那天晚上一羣聊天到很晚，還開着門就比較吵，早上起的也很早，在樓道里大聲説話就很不好。
其次，工作人員比較有禮貌，看到有小朋友會主動給小朋友拖鞋和牙具，走的時候也會送小朋友禮物，衹是過節期間沒有了，就有點小失望，衹有一個打掃房間的工作人員不太友好
然後，早餐比較豐富而且夏季會持續到早上九點半，時間比較寬鬆
接着，房間的氛圍也比較好，香薰好聞，有空氣凈化機
最後，整體不錯，建議選擇

過年回家探親住家門口酒店，方便，一進大廳一股薰衣草的香味，好聞。酒店房間暖色燈光，温暖的感覺，環境衞生都很贊。退房的時候在前台發現酒店還賣酒店薰衣草系列的產品，買了兩瓶香薰，小姐姐很熱情幫忙發快遞。以後回家必住麗楓酒店

進入酒店的大堂是薰衣草的淡淡香味，然後就是熱情的服務，吃一顆小糖果靜靜的等着辦理入住輕鬆愉快，又是端茶又是遞熱毛巾，寒暄問暖的太貼心，
從進入酒店到退房的提醒，很愉快的辦理入住，
房間乾淨整潔，床墊很舒服，薰衣草香味的加濕器很好聞，還有空氣凈化器很棒哦，洗漱用品質量都很好，洗髮水護髮素沐浴露潤膚乳都是薰衣草香味的很喜歡，用完頭髮滑滑的很舒服，熱水也很棒，出水很快温度剛剛好。客房大姐也很細心，很熱情。停車場免費🆓停車很方便，保安師傅也熱情主動幫忙指引。早餐也棒棒噠。退房時前台小姑娘還送了小禮品哦。來靈武就選擇這家麗楓酒店
