上個月帶着孩子去過一次，本來這次不打算住知春湖的，訂了其他的酒店，和姐妹到了訂的酒店後特別的失望，姐妹不想住，馬上退房訂了知春湖的房間，房間好還比之前那個家酒店便宜，服務態度也好，很滿意。上個月去前台小姐姐看我帶倆孩子還免費給升級了房間，吃早餐的時候櫃枱小姐姐以為我們是一家四口去的，就給我刷了一個餐費。挺好的小細節做的比較好。給人很温暖的感覺。下次還在去。好評。

房間很大，裝修的很好看，但是浴室下水道反味，不知道是不是因為這個原因，在床頭放了中葯包香囊…一開始還在想怎麼會有這麼濃的樟腦丸味，開着門窗通了一下午的風，後來找到香囊，把香包拿到電梯旁的博古架上去了，這才好受一些。希望下次能有所改善，不是每個人都能接受中葯味！不過，餐廳還是很好吃的，客服也好，稍稍彌補了體驗。

首先酒店設施齊全，服務超好，前台不同時間值班的小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，免費升級了房間，酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，停車也很方便，入住很快，房間舒適，細節打動人心，還送了水果，整個行程最滿意的就是酒店，很滿意的一次住宿，強烈推薦，下次一定還會再來😘😘

我們週四入住，很滿意的一次出遊。湯屋的體驗別提有多麼愜意了。很多細節地方做的非常好。
不是週末來温泉人不是很多，訂的湯屋含外邊泡池的，別提有多方便，水質也很好（我們第二天早上看了，雖然不是週末人很少，但水早上都是新換的，衹是有落葉而已），孩子特別喜歡。處處是風景，這世界有那麼多人，很開心這次出行遇見了您們，很感謝您們的熱心服務，讓我們一家三口深深的感覺到人生真的很美好，孩子説謝謝電音節的救生員李叔叔，離店時又嗨了回浪[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]。

非常好的入住體驗，大概是最近多年來，住過最具有性價比的度假酒店了，酒店設施很新，雖然是掛牌 4 星，但卻有 5 星的標準，服務態度也很好，照顧入住客人的情緒感受，退房時主動贈送小朋友禮物，陪家人遊玩很舒暢，會推薦給其他朋友

假期人多訂個私湯自己找個人少的地方呆呆。從“温泉中心”辦入住不是酒店大堂，敲黑板，不然彎彎繞繞多走一兩百米。
八棟一模一樣格局的私湯，屬於聯排，房間不大，加上院子才有60平米，所以單獨在屋裡就有點小。
環境就在公共世外温泉旁會有柵欄分割，我説怎麼總聽到小孩子打鬧的聲音還以為是隔壁。
整體魯商服務還是可以的，我要求先看房間帶我去的。其他的服務挺及時的。但是細節之處，沒有廁紙備用，沒有多餘枕頭，沒有主動放小童牙刷一次性拖鞋。
硬傷是下水道有異味，洗手盆為甚
首先千元價格在假期確實不貴，但是這裏不讓自己放水，放水時間有限制，總結就是晚上21:30後和早上10點前如果你想泡就衹能就着池子裏温度將就。第二天上午如果想泡10點工作人員上班等放好水你泡一會要匆匆忙忙洗澡準備退房了，就是這種感覺不好，就買了個第一天下午那種感覺，其他時間就是各種限制。
雖説價格不高，但是從青島開過去需要3小時左右單程，出門吃個飯晚點回還不能玩水，早上想先泡泡還不供應水。就時間成本金錢成本來講不夠舒適，比較雞肋

五一帶家裡長者和孩子去臨沂旅遊，酒店距離琅琊古城，王羲之故居都是差不多半小時的車程，住宿環境很好，住店客人泡温泉有優惠！
