The hotel is right in the heart of the old city, directly across from Taishung Plaza. To the south, you'll find Hexie Plaza and Ginza Mall. There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby. If you're driving, parking in the underground garage is very convenient as it's connected directly to the hotel, making it easy to grab things from your car.

Our family, traveling with children, stayed in Linyi for 3 days and 2 nights. We pre-booked the Pullman, and Bailey specifically arranged two adjoining rooms for us. Our child is already 11, so we definitely needed two king beds. The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to Xin Langya, just a 5-10 minute walk away. There are all sorts of great food options nearby, and breakfast is also very accessible. The service was excellent, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. They even provided 6 bottles of water, which was a nice touch, especially since we drink more in the summer – kudos to them! The room amenities also met five-star standards. Even though the hotel is by the river and close to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night; we weren't disturbed at all, which is another big plus. The view from the window was beautiful, and our child even enjoyed a bath in the room. It would be perfect if the room rate included a complimentary breakfast buffet in the future. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The service was excellent, truly making me feel at home. They offered heartwarming congee in the evenings, and the room came with fruit and snacks. The staff were all incredibly enthusiastic. Parking was convenient, and the price was great before the May Day holiday. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linyi.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Linyi with friends! The breakfast spread is fantastic, the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and it offers great value for money. Plus, the soundproofing is pretty decent.

Traveling with three adults and one child during the summer, we stopped in Linyi with our 2-year-old. Based on a Ctrip recommendation, we booked a family room at this hotel, and our stay was excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Before check-in, they proactively informed us about the night market across the street and asked for our preference. They maintained timely communication via WeChat/phone, arranging for the bed to be moved and the air conditioning to be turned on in advance, which was perfect for a family trip. The breakfast service was spot-on, and the cultural and creative handicrafts were a highlight. I've already recommended this hotel to several friends. Even in a non-first-tier city, a Hyatt is still a Hyatt, and their service is top-notch. As a long-time Marriott user, I'm now looking forward to experiencing more from them!

Traveling with friends, I did some research online and finally chose this hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a faint, very pleasant aroma. The front desk had a self-service coffee machine, juice, pastries, and fruits. The lady at the front desk greeted us warmly with a smile, checked us in quickly, and patiently recommended nearby attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the sights. In the evening, we tried the 'Jiu Jiu Fried Chicken' she recommended, and it was delicious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was spotlessly clean. The facilities were new and complete, and the latex pillow was particularly comfortable for me, providing a really pleasant experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linyi!

There was an issue with my online booking, but the staff handled it perfectly when I arrived. They were incredibly responsive to all my requests. The room was spotlessly clean, even in the hard-to-reach corners, and the bedding was brand new with no strange smells. Excellent value for money!

The hotel environment is excellent, and getting around is very convenient. Right outside, there's the Deng Huo Lan Shan Night Langya, which is perfect for families with kids. There are also many dining options right by the hotel entrance. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and they even provided complimentary snacks and drinks. When we checked out, they gave a small toy to my child, which was a very thoughtful touch 👍 The only downside was that the hairdryer in the room was terrible. Nowadays, even many B&Bs use Dyson hairdryers, but such a great hotel uses such a low-quality one. It really lowers the overall standard of the hotel and doesn't match its overall style. Also, when I booked the room, it mentioned complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, but we never saw them. While it's not a big deal if we didn't eat them, it's still a bit disappointing when something is promised but not delivered. I hope they can improve on these small details.

If you're looking for a hotel where you can ”enjoy” all four seasons in the same room, then this is the place for you. I took some photos of the loft out of curiosity; downstairs it was freezing cold, upstairs unbearably hot, dry, hot, and uncomfortable – like a sauna, but without the humidity of a typical place. It was truly amazing. The hallway looked like it was decorated in the 1980s. So old-fashioned, so rubbish. You can't pick up the phone to make calls, but even on speakerphone, the staff downstairs can't hear you. In short, it's a waste of money to suffer. The only redeeming quality was the exceptionally friendly service from the male receptionist. Nothing else.

They even offer a considerate late check-out until 3 PM, which really enhanced the overall experience. The cleanliness is exceptional; it's spotless with no clutter, making for a premium and reassuring stay. The ceiling height is just right, creating an airy and pleasant atmosphere with great views. Overall, the quality is outstanding, making it an excellent option for a high-end stay.
