終於找到了一家理想中的酒店，推薦推薦推薦。重要事情説三遍！前台的服務超讚，非常認真哦，性格也超級好。最主要是房間環境挺整潔乾淨的。旁邊就是萬達廣場，帶孩子玩的很開心，吃的也很多

訂的房間無窗，睡前想換氣就開了空調，明明設的製冷結果凌晨被熱醒，室温33度都夢到自己去了沙漠而不是涼都！ 想打電話給前台，結果床頭的電話怎麼按都打不通，無奈從平台獲取的酒店電話手機打過去，投訴給前台，問房間電話到底是怎麼用的，結果對方回：你這不是打通了嗎？（這是一個酒店前台該有的話術？ 然後投訴空調，就告知現在衹提供暖氣….為何入住時不告知（無窗房倒是説了，但想着有空調無窗也無所謂） 8點下樓吃早餐，如圖所示空空如也，蒸包子從廚房拿出來還是涼的，如果還未能讓客人實用請放個牌子或者熱好了再拿出來。 取餐位置也是感人，粉面檔取餐口前面還有一排主菜，一堆人圍着等粉面，根本擠不進去拿其它菜和餐具，真的是毫無用户體驗可言。

首先位置超讚，就在萬達旁邊，其次前台小姐姐服務態度超好，有問必答，再次房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，最後早餐也很好吃。下次來六盤水還會選擇錦欣。

設施：這個房型有很多設施，小細節，比如窗簾是可以遙控關閉或者手動拉一下就自動繼續關上的、我是到了後面才發現房間裏有個小愛同學，半夜嚇我一跳😅 衞生：在這酒店住好幾次了，到目前為止給我的印象都是乾淨衞生的，希望繼續保持哦！ 環境：現在樓下多了很多吃的，便利店，咖啡廳什麼的，比我第一次來多了很多。交通方便，不難找。 庭院大玻璃：這個風景看出去也還行，房間外面有個門能出去。沒拉窗簾，外面也能看到裏面，挺刺激的哈 服務：歡迎水果都有。找了前台要了幾次水了，主要是空調開的暖氣，嘴比較幹。 延遲退房至14點: 收拾的時候找東西沒找見，晚了點退房，還好延遲退房了
