The surroundings are beautiful, the room is also very good, and it's excellent value for money. There's a restaurant right downstairs at the hotel with delicious food. It's perfect for relaxing in during typhoon weather.

Staying at Tianmu Lake Hotel was an excellent experience. As an established five-star hotel, its location is unparalleled, right next to Tianmu Lake Landscape Park, offering stunning lake views right from the window. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with complete facilities and good hygiene; some even come with thoughtful amenities like bathtubs. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, with the front desk and housekeeping teams being particularly energetic. For dining, the signature casserole fish head soup, with its milky white broth and delicious flavor, is a must-try. Additionally, the hotel features an indoor pool and a rooftop garden, making it perfect for family holidays or relaxing getaways. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

First time in Liyang and this stay was absolutely fantastic. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, and the breakfast spread was great. Plus, the lake view right outside is incredibly soothing.

The package price is quite reasonable, and there's parking available with a charging station. We even got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic towards guests who arrived at 9:30 AM, right before closing. They didn't even bother to ask if we needed anything else before the cutoff, which is a bit disappointing. Of course, latecomers are indeed problematic, and it would be better if they clearly stated that service has ended. They shouldn't pander to these guests! The fish head soup wasn't great value for money; you'd find better outside. The location is excellent, right opposite Tianmu Lake and Shuishui Garden. I have to say, the entrance fees and other costs for tourist attractions around Tianmu Lake, like Shuishui Garden and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, are really too high and not worth it.

The first five-star hotel in Tianmu Lake. Free room upgrade upon check-in, spacious and clean room. No facilities left behind. The fish head soup in the flavor restaurant is very delicious, and the dishes are not greasy. The restaurant waitress Ms. Gui Fang'e's service is very good, and the warm introduction makes the family feel at home. When leaving the hotel, I also received a small gift from the hotel - black rice, thanks to Xiao Cui, Xiao Ma, Xiao Yang, and Xiao Zhang.

The hotel is opposite to the tourist attraction. The room is clean and tidy. There are mountains and lakes opposite the balcony. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. The service of the front desk lady is warm and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.

Standing on the balcony of the room, I feel comfortable looking at the landscape lake. Tianmu Lake Fisherman's Head Soup, which was first created by the catering department of Tianmu Lake Hotel, is a major feature of the hotel. This time I came here to taste it. The fisherman's head soup tastes good, and I also tasted other varieties of dishes. The restaurant waiters are thoughtful and worthy of praise. The self-service breakfast restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, facing Tianmu Lake, with a variety of breakfast varieties, and Western-style snacks are worth tasting. The waiters are enthusiastic and caring for the elderly and help them deliver meals to the table, which is worthy of praise.

The room was beyond my expectation, very big and clean, the cabinet settings were very convenient, parking was convenient, and the shower was also one-touch start, which I loved. The location was unique, and Tianmu Lake Landscape Park was just across the road. I left a message and asked for two bed guards, and they responded quickly. I felt that the hotel staff were very elegant and polite from clothing to behavior, which reflected the high level of management of the hotel. There is an open-air children's playground on the second floor, which is also clean and large. Those who like to see the lake view can choose a lake view room, which has a good view. The room attendant also thoughtfully put a towel under my suitcase, which was super thoughtful. The fish head with sweet vinegar sauce, rice cakes, and lake shrimps in the Chinese restaurant are super delicious, and the breakfast is also very rich.
