Pros Not too bad a location, can get a little uncomfortable at night for solo travellers while heading back as there are few people loitering around. Smart rooms, control panel control the lights and the signs for the door. Compact room but it's cosy for one. Cons (scary encounter) Someone rang my doorbell and tried to force open the room door in the middle of the night. Luckily i locked it from the inside and door couldn't be opened. It happened twice within the same night. There was no room phone so i had to call the hotel from my own mobile, and feeling puzzled, 2 staff came up to my room to clarify. They then told me a drunk 'guest' was 'assisted' to come up the hotel rooms, but she had actually went to the wrong hotel. Weird explanation, because firstly, a room key is needed to access the lift. Secondly, if the person who assisted the drunk guest is a hotel staff who owns a master key since he's able to access the lift, he should've verify her identity prior to allowing the guest up the rooms premises. Its a safety concern. What if I did not lock the room door from the inside? The drunk guest could have just barged in and i as a female, was staying alone. Lastly, there was no kettle, only 2 bottles of water.

Perfect place to stay one night but not more. The room is well designed with useful features but as I mentioned it's very claustrophobic and for a long time can be depressing.

Very comfort and pleasant. Value for money. Nice people, nice rooms, a quite place and very clean. It is very close to the city center, close to Liverpool street that provides almost everything and an easy access to Heathrow. Rooms are carefully decorated and clean. You feel safe and steady

Stayed in room 17 which is a “Bigger room”. It was larger than the standard “Bigger room”. The hotel is starting to show its age. Stained carpets and furniture. Everything seems very clean though. The free Wi-Fi was excellent. Very fast. Biggest annoyance was that only one of two lifts was working during our stay. The continental breakfast was quite good and only costs £6.

The staff are so helpful and attentive, nothing was too much for them. We were able to store our backs before check in and after check out which was ideal for being able to make the most of our time in London without having to carry our bags with us. It's the first time we have stayed in a Hub, the location on Brick Lane is ideal close to a couple of Tube Stations. The room was compact and had everything we needed for our stay! We will definitely be back!

Our daughter booked this nice hotel for the six of us. She stayed here already twice. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the right size with a modern bathroom. The hotel is in the center of amazing Spitalfield. Late in the evening it was easy to reach the Sky Garden on foot to enjoy the fantastic view of London by night.
