Very pleasant reception. No welcome drink offered, as others have mentioned. The room had been decorated with balloons and petals which was a lovely touch. It was an anniversary and we even received cake! The room on the 6th floor (607) was very clean. Restricted view, a random curtain that opened onto a wall? The vestibule area is very cramped, very few places to store your things. I’d certainly consider upgrading if you’re there more than a couple of nights. Great beds. We spotted the pillow menu and rang for a couple and were informed they didn’t have any of the options available. Hmm Rain shower is great. Climate control is a bit annoying. Turns off if the pir doesn’t detect you. Staff setting it at 25degrees Celsius on hot days is a bit inconsiderate. Lounge access is a good concept. Breakfast is plentiful but very chaotic on weekends. I’m not sure what they do to their bacon for it to be served clumped together in a trough and dry, but everything else was good and the omelette station a delicious treat. Happy hour is fun. It’s a relaxing spot outside of breakfast service and well stocked with soft drinks, beers and basic snacks throughout the day. Staff are friendly, unobtrusive and service on the whole is faultless. It’s worth upgrading if you’re staying more than a night in London.

The staff is amazing, particularly, Nikita and Suji. We stayed in the junior suite and had a stellar experience with a buffet breakfast, pillows to order (I ordered a cervical pillow), and plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our two kids, who each had their own bed. Great value, comfort, and an extraordinary stay in London!

We had a wonderful experience thanks to Mr. Zubair, who consistently checked in on us and ensured we had everything we needed without making a fuss. His thoughtful gesture of offering food for our baby under 1 year old during our lounge visit was incredibly kind and appreciated. The kindness and professionalism of Mr. Zubair and the team at Level MELIA Hotel made our stay exceptional, and we would happily return again. Thank you!

What a wonderful few days at Meliá White House! The staff are fantastic, with nothing being too much, Monica and Troy at breakfast in the Level were brilliant with helping get my coffee made to my slightly excessive demands! The room was brilliant, exceptionally clean and well maintained. The requests for extra towels and an iron were responded to quickly. While most ‘chain’ hotels in London feel impersonal and the same, the White House feels like its own hotel, but knowing it will have the standard you expect from a Meliá hotel. If you can book a Level room as the lounge is excellent and breakfast was brilliant. Can’t recommend the hotel enough!

We had a really comfortable stay. We felt at home since the beginning, mostly due to the amazing people that work hard to make the experience unforgettable. Special thanks to Lena, at the Level Lounge. My kid loved her and couldn’t stop talking about her the whole trip! She was wonderful. Hope we can come back soon!

Have stayed here before and loved it so much I came back with my Gf’s to celebrate a hen. We had the best time, the service is second to none, the facilities are top notch, a great little gem in London and a stones throw away from the station. The breakfast and lounge was also exceptional and Nada was a great host. I hope to be back again soon.
