Absolute gem of a place right in the heart of the rice terraces. Beautiful view from the hotel. Hotel owners were extremely kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. Lots of steps so do think about how much luggage you bring with you. Would be good to know a little mandarin when staying in the villages so that you can get by. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Beautiful hotel, we saw all of LongJi and still felt our hotel area was the most beautiful. Short walk to scenic spots (if the balcony and front of hotel is not enough!). The hotel is located close to the last driveable part of the terraces (hotels further on need to park and walk). The technology provided in the room was comprehensive and easy to use - we enjoyed the selection of movies. Breakfast was basic but still appreciated.

The hotel is incredible. Very well located at the entrance of the town. Rooms are comfortable and the view from it is stunning! The owner Jason is very helpful and speaks well English! Dinner and breakfast are really good. This hotel was perfect to finish our trip in China! Thank you

Guest UserMama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING. We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty! They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月! Highly recommend booking with them! ☺️👌🏼

The hotel's hospitality was exceptional. We ate delicious dinner and breakfast cooked by them. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They held a programme for children where they taught them how to make rice cakes. The hotel is situated in a calm and pleasant environment. The amenities provided in the rooms were excellent.

The hotel is only a few minutes' drive from the Dazhai parking lot (i.e. cableway), and the hotel will pick you up by car. The hotel is also very comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the price/performance ratio is good! The view from the room is also good. You can hear the sound of gurgling water in the hotel, which is very comfortable. The food cooked by my aunt is also delicious, and she also has an interesting dog.

Fiona WirthWe had an amazing stay at this hotel in the Longji Rice Terraces! We visited during the off-season and were among the few guests, which made the experience even more special. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking scenery were truly unforgettable. During our stay, the temperature was around 10°C, so it was quite cold. We definitely recommend bringing warm clothing, as the rooms can get chilly. However, the hosts made sure we were comfortable – they even let us sit by the heated stove in the living area to warm up, which was such a cozy experience. The hospitality was outstanding – the hosts took such loving and attentive care of us, making us feel right at home.
