民宿地理位置優越，到火車站也就10分鐘左右，去櫻花園、土樓、冠豸山都是一個半小時之內的車程，附近食肆非常多，入住方便，網上聯絡房東，拿到入住密碼，自行出入，不影響旅程。但是也要提一下，房間設施簡單，三張大床，被褥枕頭不乾爽，粘糊糊的，有一間房間，沒有掛鈎，另一間房間，沒有衣櫃，兩間衞生間返味嚴重，且乾濕區沒有阻隔，洗澡完畢，整個衞生間都是濕的，熱水也不夠用，三個人輪流洗澡，間隔需等20分鐘以上，有點鬱悶。房東把這些設施都改善一下，相信會吸引更多的住客。

一室一廳一衞一陽台。單身公寓類型，洗衣晾衣服比普通快捷酒店方便。乾淨整潔 房間客廳都很大。餐桌吃飯辦公都方便。就在萬達隔壁 早餐 午飯 晚飯夜宵都很多。 總之住起來很舒服。

住店之前詢問了是否可以帶寵物狗，是否額外費，然後也問了是不是兩個房間，結果入住後是一房一廳，就一個床在客廳，這也都算了，收了我一百按金衹退五十，説是我帶了後收清潔費，明明是你們説不收費可以帶，我才下單，還要道德綁架我，讓我理解，我不理解，如果沒提前諮詢就訂房是我問題，你們出爾反爾就是你們問題，扣我五十就當給你們差評費可
