"The boutique room I ordered, bed 1.8, was marked as "some have windows." When I went to the store, I was told that the bed 1.8 had no windows, and only the bed 1.4 had windows, which was a bit of a headline. Then, the power strips on both sides of the bed were out of power, and it was inconvenient to use my mobile phone at all. I called an electrician to fix it. Two big men came in and stamped on me everywhere. The aunt also came in and there were so many people in the same room. They made a lot of noise and couldn't fix it for a long time. I didn't complain about the leakage in the shower room. The cleaning lady told me a lot, asking me to use something to block it, and you blamed me for the problem with your facilities. I blame me for not using the pad. Auntie tried to find the pad but couldn't find it and said she forgot to put it away. Then it was very noisy outside. A group of cleaning ladies were chatting there. The sound insulation effect was very poor and there was noisy noise during the day and night. Very bad experience. I’ve never given a negative review, this is my first time"

The highest temperature in the past two days has been close to 29 degrees. There is no air conditioning in the room. The hotel has air conditioning except for the lobby. When I went to the front desk to solve the problem, I had to wait for approval from the leader. I would like to ask, as a hotel owned by Wyndham, do you not know the principle of putting guests first? The reason why I gave the service four stars is because the front desk was very enthusiastic and helped me change to a slightly cooler room. The attitude was very good. It is said that it is still an executive room (the wallpaper is moldy), forget it, just live for one night and leave tomorrow, wasting a good mood."

"We booked two rooms, one double room and one standard double room. Shortly after placing the order, they called to confirm if we needed pick-up from the high-speed rail station, but since we were driving, we didn't need it. However, the service was excellent, so we highly recommend it! The front desk staff were very friendly, the breakfast selection was plentiful, and they even offered late-night porridge – great! The room was clean and tidy. Although there were high-speed trains passing nearby, the soundproofing was excellent and it was very quiet. It was probably the most comfortable night's sleep we had during our trip – highly recommended!"

There is also a bathtub, which is great for relaxing after a tiring day at the Tulou. It would be even better if disposable bathtub liners were provided. I brought my own this time, but some guests may not have brought their own. It's a family-built house, and it's considered a relatively large hotel in this town. #Service The owners are very helpful.
