Unquestionably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
1. No pet policy. Show me where it says No Pets on the web site.
2. No heat in Room.
3. No blankets in room.
4. Spa not working.
5. Electriicity went out for 6 hours.
7. Grounds on property not maintained.
8. Not located in Loreto !! Way out of town.
9. Over priced.
This hotel will be out of business this year (2022) unless they strat improving everything. Obviously, there is a problem with funding.
Worst hotel ever.

My room was right on the ocean so I could see and hear the waves coming in, so pretty. The food staff are absolutely awful. One waiter actually rolled his eyes at me and sigh when I asked for a drink. Another waiter once we entered the restaurant we asked for a menu, the waiter said one moment and proceeded to finish setting up all of the tables before getting our drinks, really? I still waiting to get my refund from the hotel for having money on my room account. There are so many more negative occurrences with the waitstaff that I would be writing a book.
So, if you want an ocean view and access to the beach and cabanas then this is your hotel. If you are looking for great service, then this is not your hotel.

This property has been neglected. The landscaping is not maintained. The pools were not clean. When asked about use of the small gym, the staff at front desk said that it was not clean and the lights didn’t work. The rooms are outdated but comfortable and clean. That being said, the staff were friendly and I felt safe as a solo Traveler. The price was also decent.

The hotel has a beautiful private beach with calm and crystal clear water. It has security guards checking cars going in and out, so it’s pretty safe. The staff are very friendly.

The pool and jacuzzi are cold and dirty they said it will be opened by 9am and its 10:30 and still a mess no tv control or ac control no blanket only sheets no hand and face towels not worth what I paid for

The location is the best … beautiful front beach… close to the airport, near town also … none the less is convenient or necessary to rent a car to move around … we had previously considered that.
The facilities and architecture is beautiful. Dinning options at the hotel are not good but we prefer going around to try different places for sinning.
The swimming pool is not the best if you’re a swimmer … but the front beach is great to get into the water

This property has a lot to offer, the room rental has a 1 hour kayak included NOT SURE though if you for example stay for 3 days it means that you get 1 hour each day. The hotel does have a tour office on site that provides a lot of attractions, the cabanas, palapas seem like they are on a first come first serve and this may be because we visited in Dec not a lot of people. The room was very spacious the bathroom was a decent size as well, the balcony overlooks the beach, pool, the whole yard. The room was clean, lots of space for your belongings, great for kids, family, or just you and your partner. I would really recommend this hotel this hotel gives you the feeling that it has everything for you and your family to do, that there is no need to leave the premises. I highly recommend it.

We visited during the slow season and it would have been helpful to know that portions of the property would not be open. Understandable to close portions during slow times but a notice prior would have eased disappointment of bars/restaurant on site were closed. Location is fabulous and restaurants in area are not to be missed. We would visit again.
