I almost couldn't check in because their registration system couldn't recognize my passport's country. Both phone calls and WhatsApp messages just kept telling me to verify my information before I could check in, but it was clearly a system bug. If I hadn't been clever enough to choose another option to verify my passport, I would have paid and still not been able to stay, which is really bad. However, the accommodation itself was very good, pretty much like the pictures.

The hotel's location is convenient, and the 24-hour WhatsApp service is excellent with very fast responses. Even though it's fully self-service, it's not difficult at all to manage.

This was a very clean hotel! The size and location were great, making for a comfortable stay. They don't replace towels even if you ask, so you'll need to wash them yourself. However, both the washing machines and dryers are free to use, so you can do your own laundry and travel with less luggage. Highly recommend!

This stay was definitely a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hollywood, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Walk of Fame and other popular attractions nearby, which saved us a lot of travel time. What impressed us most was how new the rooms were; both the hardware facilities and cleanliness were maintained at an exceptionally high standard. The modern design made the stay feel very comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip near Hollywood; it's a quality accommodation that makes you want to visit again!
