Canceled our stay after reading reviews. Hotel did not give full refund but we got most of the money back.

Should be a zero. When I went to check in, they said there was no room, even though I had a confirmed reservation and had already paid. They did not contact me at any time to say my reservation was canceled, and have still not refunded my money. They should not be allowed on any booking site/app.

I've never given a hotel a one star rating. Right after I checked in, I was walking to my room and two guests who were leaving said to run as there was a roach infestation. They weren't exaggerating, my hotel room was FULL of german roaches! You couldn't even walk into the room without stepping on a baby one. It was like a scene from a horror movie, I can’t even describe. When I say everywhere, I mean everywhere! Like when you step on a pile of ants and they all rush out. Disgusting, there was also old food left on the desk in our room. We booked a new hotel, it was like a nigh**are.
