I was so excited to stay here. I arrived about 5pm and our room was not available to strike one so they gave us tokens for free drinks at the poolside, while we were there we waited to see if anyone will come up to us and offer drinks and nothing so I decided to go up to the bar. We ordered our drinks and when paying with the tokens the bartender made it clear to me that her tip was not included with the tokens strike 2.. made me feel like I couldn't afford it, so we decided to go have dinner, we finished dinner after 6pm and still not call my room was available so I decided to go ask..when I get there all of a sudden our room is available. We go up to our room and its the wrong one strike 3 when going back to the lobby I found a gentleman walking our luggage up so I let him know our room was not the one I reserved he apologized and walked me down to the lobby.. when we were in the lobby they apologized and gave me a discount for the mixed up.. the agreed that was not the room I reserved and was going to send wine and cheese up to our room.. never received the wine strike 4. The next morning we decided to check out I told the gal there about my horrible experience so they waved the valet also when I got my bill they added other charges of $90 and gave me a discount of $60 . Yea the other charges were added to offset the discount. I felt so uncomfortable never going back again, I'm still sad about my family trip that was ruined and made us feel unwelcome. Never had this experience ever

The whole is OK, and there is no way to compare with the domestic, it is also the domestic standard.

Too expensive for thus type of motel. It’s not a hotel. Too noisy, the rooms face the swimming pool s d there always people seining and making noise. The rooms face the aisle and you can’t have the window open because everyone that goes by sees you., and you don’t have privación.

When I arrived at the hotel, a 4 star hotel, there was no one outside to greet us or help with bags and no visible valet or sign. I checked in and got to my room but it wasn't what I had paid for. I selected a room with a large soaking tub and was looking forward to that aspect. I got a room with a big 6 foot conference table in it. I was really disappointed but when I went to the front desk they told me it was an upgrade? But then admitted they'd overbooked that room type!! When I went up to the roof restaurant/bar I was the only one there which isn't a good sign but also the waiter told me the chef was on a break for fifteen minutes so my order would take a while. It was just ridiculous to me, especially for a four star place. It started to make sense why no one was there. Lastly, my room was not cleaned for two days!!! I told them about that too.....my garbage was overflowing and I literally had a bath towel with a hole in it! I do NOT recommend this place. There are so many other better options in Los Angeles by far. Someone said the hotel is lipstick on a pig...it's true.

[traffic and parking] Free parking, not far from Hollywood, Universal City; staying here mainly to go to the nearby asphalt pit museum, a few minutes drive 【breakfast】 Standard American, with bread, eggs, milk, coffee and juice, no meat [Features] This is one of the more distinctive hotels in the United States, in the residential area, quiet, the lobby has a sofa and a variety of decorations, a little home feel, direct visitors are no problem; front desk service is also very good, every Monday, Tuesday Roadside cleaning, you have to move the car before 9:00, the front desk also specifically called to remind us

Although in Beverly Hills, it is actually four kilometers away from Rodeo Drive. Still quite far away. So the location is a bit awkward The surrounding is relatively remote and the traffic is not very convenient. So I understand why there is no reason why Chinese people live. To say that it is Marriott, in fact, it is the title. Much like a convenient hotel. This price is also expensive enough. The price is super low. Once in the room, the thick sewer tastes. The room is small. Go downstairs to pick up the conversion plug 🔌. Nothing to say, it is totally an attitude that is not my business. The service is very general. Of course, if it is a convenient hotel, it will endure. The problem is that the price is not. This hotel is strongly discouraged.

Ctrip information does not include breakfast, but the hotel actually includes breakfast. The breakfast content is not much, it stays the same every day and is relatively monotonous. The hotel offers valet parking and is quite expensive. There are many restaurants around the mall, and eating is very convenient. If you are willing to walk for 15 minutes, you can go to the farmer's market. Next to grove you can find better restaurants, movies and shopping. There is a wholefood across the road. The package is complete. The room is small, the lobby is also very simple. Restaurant restaurant is not bad, the night is a bar, the locals are mostly, very lively.
