The service was good and the hotel looks really good. Hotel amenities are great. I didn’t try the food but the eating area was very clean. The room was spacious but not handicapped as requested. No handicap rails around the toilet which made it very hard to use the bathroom. The room needs a good cleaning too. The walls have spots on them and sticker residue is on the headboard. (You can tell a child loved their heart shaped stickers 🙂)

Had to go to 3 different rooms before getting one acceptable. Room service seemed to be short staffed. The kiosk was full of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and water that’s it. No vending machines or anything. We have stayed here a lot, since they sold out it’s gotten worse.

I just returned from a week in Milford, Ohio and our team lodged at this hotel. My hotel room was very clean and spacious and I was happy to see that it had the necessary amenities that are often missing in more expensive hotels (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, safe, etc.). The bathroom mirror provided excellent lighting and the shower's water pressure was PERFECT (if you have thick hair, then you know!). All in all, we were very pleased with almost every part of our stay here, but it's the super-friendly and helpful employees that really merited this 5-star rating! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcome, and the staff was always friendly and helpful to us. But here's what really impressed me: My teenage daughter was traveling with us and she had brought her Nintendo DS for relaxing in the evenings. Well, our flight out of Cincinnati was super-early and we had to be up at 2:30 AM to pack up and leave. In her groggy state, my daughter accidentally left her DS lying on her bed! We didn't realize it until we were almost 30 minutes from the hotel, and since we had a plane to catch, we couldn't afford to turn back. We called the hotel and they immediately went to our room and retrieved the game device and put it in safekeeping until we could work out the shipping. My daughter's DS arrived yesterday in perfect condition and I am MOST grateful to everyone who helped us with this! They all deserve a shout-out because their customer service exceeds the service of MANY of the upscale hotels I've stayed at in the past (no lie; I could tell you some stories). I hope to return to Milford again one day and I absolutely will make a point of staying here! PROS -- *Amazing hotel staff! Super friendly and so helpful! *Clean, spacious rooms *Perfect location with many nearby conveniences CONS -- *The only real negative I have to mention is the breakfast. It's not the worst I've ever had, but it's not the greatest. Honestly, I would have preferred less selection and just doing the basics better, but they are trying! Thankfully, breakfast is not a deal-breaker for me and I would 100% stay here again. (Besides, there's a breakfast restaurant right next door!)
