Hanting properties in Lu'an

This was my first time experiencing the Hanting Hotel in New Metropolis, having previously stayed at other hotels. This three-day experience was absolutely fantastic! It will definitely be my first choice next time! First of all, the receptionists were incredibly attentive. During check-in, they asked if I needed two room keys, and later, when I locked the door twice to get takeout, they were very patient and polite in getting a third key. They even let me choose my own room. Later, when I checked out, they proactively called and texted to ask if I wanted my things and offered to keep them safe – thank you so much! They also provided a free refrigerator. Secondly, the cleaning lady and the repairman were also super polite, greeting me every time we met. The room was huge – one camera couldn't capture it all! The soundproofing was excellent, and the laundry room was high-end with a dryer – so convenient! I also tried the gym, which was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to Hongjie and New Metropolis, and super convenient for eating Haidilao! It's truly top-tier, my number one choice. Thank you!

A newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is very large and spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds. There are two pillows, one of which is sponge and very comfortable. The service attitude of the front desk is also very good, and they are very enthusiastic in answering any questions. The only drawback is that the restaurant does not have heating and the temperature is a bit low. The food got cold quickly. Easy parking.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The lobby was clean and bright, check-in at the front desk was incredibly fast, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, the Wi-Fi speed was stable, and the shower water pressure and temperature were just right. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the self-service laundry room and robot service were extremely useful. Excellent value for money!

Hotel facilities are good, the air is fresh and very quiet. The attitude of the service staff is also very good, Jingjing service is particularly good, very user-friendly, very happy to stay. Business travel is preferred, affordable.

Hotel location is good to find, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the health is in place, the room is well lit. The front desk is friendly, the response is timely, the living is worry-free, the overall value for money, highly recommended. Another: There is a public parking lot downstairs, there is a vegetable market across the road, there are many breakfast snacks inside, and those who are used to the hotel buffet breakfast can go to the opposite side to change the taste.

This stay was exceptionally good; the attention to detail was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. The cleanliness was truly remarkable; even the mirrors were sparkling clean. I really liked the pillows at Hanting; they were the perfect height and very comfortable to lie on. The room was well-soundproofed. The facilities were complete, and the internet was fast. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This stay experience exceeded expectations! The front desk service was timely, meeting my room selection needs, the service was warm, the room was clean and tidy, the health was very good, the bedding was comfortable to sleep, and I could sleep until dawn. Convenient location parking, eating a street, not far from the hotel, cost-effective, room facilities are new, come next time on business trip

前台辦理的速度、客房需求都非常及時，深夜抵達時前台小尤和小汪主動協助搬運行李，關懷備至，還準備了冬日湯品，很暖心。朋友給訂的，忘加早餐了，和前台反映後，主動送了早餐，他們家早餐很豐盛，麪條很推薦，特別他家自己調的醬，拌麪很香！ 和前台反映睡眠質量不好，特意給我安排了朝內的房間，房間很大，床很柔軟 服務、品質都很好，下次還來
