I went there last year, I feel OK, I went this year. The hot spring environment is quite good, the hotel TV can't see, the phone can't be used. The buffet is not as good as before. Mainly the hotel room booked online includes hot spring tickets, and the room at the hot spring service center said that it did not include, and also asked how much money. Waited for a manager to solve it for half an hour. Customer service awareness is insufficient. The online and offline contact is not in place, making people very disgusted.
