這次的入住體驗非常滿意。酒店的服務態度超級好，員工們保持着親切的微笑，形象也很出色，一舉一動都充滿了專業性和親和力，給人留下了深刻的印象。酒店位置非常方便，交通便利。房間內設施齊全，乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮。

雖然傢俱精簡，但該有的一樣不少，衞生非常好，床品舒服，家電智能，衞浴乾濕分離互不幹擾，環境安靜，酒店對面不遠處有片湖濱公園可以散步。服務好，剛到酒店就體會到賓至如歸。

房間乾淨衞生，佈局合理，乾濕分離，智能馬桶 ，房間能看到開元湖。周邊吃飯的地方多，交通方便，到龍門石窟和洛陽博物館都很方便，從龍門站坐77路公交車直達。註冊華住會會員還給送了早餐，早餐中西式都有，也有河南本地特色飲食如胡辣湯、牛肉湯等。住的很舒心，下次還可以入住。

特別新的酒店，一進房門就是濃濃的味道，辦入住的時候就聽到別的顧客説嫌味道大要求換房間，但是已經定了兩天…兩天睡的人嗓子疼頭疼，第三天退房換了別的酒店立馬好了很多。還很奇怪的是，新酒店但是設備都不太好，wifi 特別慢，開關燈也不太好用，同樣一個按鈕今天亮這個燈明天亮那個燈，鏡燈也莫名其妙打不開了，第一天中午還停了一下電，説是消防檢查…

新開業的酒店，位置很好，正對面就是一個商業廣場，裝修的風格配套設施都很時尚，粉紫色配上灰咖的色調孩子很喜歡，枕頭也特別舒服

非常滿意的一次入住，酒店非常新，設備都很不錯，有機器人送東西，有洗衣機+烘乾機。最最最滿意的是服務！每位員工都很有禮貌，樂於助人。這次趕上生日，還給升級了房間，非常開心。離龍門高鐵站不遠，大約15分鐘車程，也有公交車到酒店附近，大概走3分鐘就到了，酒店在路口非常好找。對面就是正大廣場，有很多商店餐飲有大超市，走10分鐘泉舜購物廣場很大。周圍有開元湖非常適合遛彎。去龍門石窟，各個園林看牡丹花都非常方便，周圍各路公交車直達，打車都不過15元。去老城區稍遠，打車或者地鐵也很方便。樓下就有宴天下水席，價格適中。

首次入住此酒店，進入大堂辦理入住時前台小姐姐非常有禮貌又很親切、笑臉宜人，房間乾淨又明亮，房務人員清潔得宜、效率快，早餐點好吃又衛生還提供打包餐盒，挺棒🎉
交通蠻便利，周圍就有公交站、地鐵讓我暢遊各大景點並也品嚐許多美食

距離老城打車大約需要十幾元，但勝在安靜，距離景區較近，對面的正大廣場，酒店基本沒有新裝的異味，所有的服務員都很nice，續住了一天並辦理了華住會會員，很滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦給朋友了，哈哈！
